You not talking about the fella by the same name Gus Chambers in the Australian punk band Rupture yeah? Just saying. Cause they were playing in Perth WA in the 90s

@@colddaze6680 No, this is Gus Chambers from Coventry in the UK. He also fronted Grip Inc and Mantra Sect (the latter, my old band had the honour of supporting). We sadly lost him back in 2008.

@@colddaze6680 He was more of a friendly acquaintance of mine, but a very dear friend to some of my friends. It's sad his namesake has also passed on.

You all posting RIP Terry Hall realize that this isn’t Terry Hall singing, right? He wasn’t in the band in late 78. This is the late Gus Chambers. This was in my recommended videos and just needed to comment with this. *sigh*

Violence in our minds isnt a Last Resort original either the original was 'Skinheads' by Miles Wooton. If you haven't heard it I suggest you check it out.

@@tendrosstoodross2976 fuck, basically their best songs were covers. I think the original was better. Went to give it a like, turns out I'd already done it and I'd forgotten lol. I surf for so much older and newer music I forget what I've listened too and liked before. Cheers anyway pal, its a great tune.
Btw, an early punk band that did anarchist A along side their name wrote a patriotic British anthem, before L.R covered it. Thatd get some of the older and newer skins that swing more to the right scratching their heads eh lol.

@@colddaze6680 Yeah Roi and the gang knew how to scour the archives for material.
I'm pretty sure Rebel With A Cause has been appropriated from something earlier as well, I just cant remember at the moment.
Meanwhile King Of The Jungle apparently has its roots in the tune from some advert, again I cant remember at the moment.
