Ibrahim, sorry for the late reply. I've been out. Have you tested with another point cloud? It may be that the on you currently have is either too large or corrupt.
No. Recap 360 is no longer an active software. If you had a subscription to Recap 360 it should have automatically upgrade your account to Recap Pro. However, you'd have to download the latest version of Recap Pro because it doesn't automatically convert Recap 360 to Recap Pro.
Hi Jason, I have a very large pointcloud file (200Gb) with multiple scan locations. I am trying to break it up into smaller areas so my colleagues can access them over the network. Is there a way to do something like that in Recap?
Simple and straightforward! Thank you!
thank you!
I did the exact same thing but mine is stuck at 0 and went to 1% after hours of waiting, is there a way to fix this?

These are most likely the tools you need: th-cam.com/video/ZrSYfYGQ0kk/w-d-xo.html
@@j-porter thank you Jason.
Why it show all points into Grey color.
I don't really know. I just imported them into the software and they came in that way. All I really need from there is to export out the data.
THNX
is rcs and rcp the same?
They are the two different outputs that Recap can export. The one you need is determined by which software you'll be taking the file into.
@@j-porter got it thanks
i think new recap2024 no longer have this.
