some of us have families, dogs and a ton of gear and a 4-door just makes so much more sense. and believe me, we've owned a CJ and a TJ and absolutely love our 4-doors
Im and 18yo college student and I'm getting my first Jeep in 2 days. Its a yellow TJ (6 cyl, 5 speed, 2 inch lift) I was thinking about looking for maybe a truck or muscle car but you've convinced me that theres no other way to go besides Jeep. Ive seen every vid and i still watch them because i just love this
Wow, wayalife, your videos just keep getting better and better. This time, when the video started, I staring past the screen when it started. Between your video quality and the prevalence of ads on TH-cam, now, I thought I was watching a professionally-made ad before the video ... until I saw the Jeeps and realized I was watching the content I had requested. Keep up the awesome work. Wish I had a JK so I could join you and all of the ProjectJK followers I'm seeing around Atlanta, these days.
This is your best video yet Wayalife, and there all good! So that makes this your SUPER BEST VIDEO EVER! Thanks and please keep coming exactly like this!
ive seen all of your videos, you guys are my heroes. if i had a better life i would love to come wheel with you guys. beautiful rigs, beautiful places, keep it comin and maybe one day ill see you on the trail, keep her shinny side up gentleman (and ladies).
Another excellent video .this is awesome I finally put my TJ on snow last weekend. It was nothing like what's in your video. You guy's make it look easy. I couldn't believe how well these Wranglers do on ice and snow. that one jeep looked like it almost hit you. yips.
Well, Project-JK had always been about promoting the JK and the products made for it and that's why you only see JK's in our videos. However, we're trying to move more towards the Jeep lifestyle and I hope we can show off other rigs in the future as well.
Great job on the video. I appreciate that you put these together so we can know what we're getting ourselves into ahead of time. You always do a nice job. Thank you.
Well thank you you guys look like a really cool group hope to see ya out there some time. I love the JKs I hope to get one some day. But for now I have two YJs they do the job well. But the 4doors rock!!!
@93jeepTimma no kidding, you're right there? we were just out in your neck of the woods over the weekend and did a snow run up around chloride on saturday and then did pass canyon on sunday. also, we ran sleeping princess last year after doing this run. you're lucky to have so many great trails so close by.
@stumpy4348 actually, when the JK's first came out, we actually custom ordered a nice 2-door rubicon. but, just before we took possession of it, we changed our minds and got an unlimited instead. never looked back since.
@93jeepTimma LOL!! yeah, we we got really close to the end but, as you probably know, the shelf roads got super narrow and steep and the deep snow drifts were starting to lean way off camber so, we had to turn back.
1:40 is why I chose a 2 door Jk over a 4 door. To each his own but I have owed a few longer wheelbase trucks and SUVs and I have been stuck badly from being high centered more times than I would like to admit and it gets annoying having to worry if my belly will drag hard over every breakover I come to. I have not been high centered in my JK yet :)
I passes you guys rolling into Kingman. I seen the white JK i knew it was your group. Flashed my headlights at ya. So cool! Was looking for the video !
These videos just keep getting better and better. By far some of the best wheeling footage ive seen not only on youtube but anywhere else. Love the rock lights. They the vision x ones?
boo by pinback at time 1 38 matched up at 1 41 of the video and watch as the song plays to the video. If rewinded from those two points properly the entire video from start will go with the video. absolutely amazing!
As always an awesome video! Very nice scenery to play in, looks like you had a little bit of everything to wheel in. I love the way you guys (Cindy?) puts these videos together! Very Very Nice cinematography and editing. Right up there with the major motion pictures in my opinion. Love the effects and sound tracks you always use. Again great job and keep up the good work for all of us that wish we could wheel in the places you do, thanks. Daubie3
@unwrappedbox spyderlock's. however, i might recommend the atx slabs instead. they are the same wheel without the star in the middle. while they might not look as cool, they do function better in my opinion.
@ande1566 one of the songs we used apparently is not allowed to be played in germany and so youtube has prevented it from being played on mobile devices - or, at least that's what we have been told. sorry.
bummer I wish I could have met you guys I watch your videos all the time. I live out here near bullhead city. If you guys ever come back out hear there are some other sweet trails right outside of bullhead two that are very cool Sleeping Princess trail on the left of hwy.68 and Secret Pass Canyon on the right of hwy.68. Anyways happy jeepin hope to see you guys on the trail.
@Danil1911 not that i know of. my 09 JK doesn't have this problem, just my 07 and again, only in states where the gas pump doesn't have the extra emissions boot.
Seeing all of you fuel up at the beginning of the video made me think about the JK fueling problem that I've experienced and read a lot about. Have any of you had problems with the tank overflowing when fueling up?
The snow section reminds me of the Moab Video that AEV made last year. I have had to drive in that type of snow (melted, then frozen) multiple times. Although trying to get home in my case. Its tough going. Actually have a video of My J10 on here from like 3 years ago trying to make it up my driveway. Great video as always :)
great video, i dont know if this will help or not but in the snow if your going forward and turn the wheel left or right quickly your tires bite more and you go farther....maybe you didnt have room or something
How did you hear about Black Sunshine? I was out on this trail today looking for the Mine but turned around at the first "fall" because I was alone. I will come back, it looks like a cool trail.
@wayalife Thanks, I've noticed it wont happen with nicer pumps but on older ones it does. It just makes me look like I don't know how to fill up my jeep hah.
@greatplanesman stock, they do pretty good. the new 2012's even better. build them up and you will be sucking gas. if it's a concern, you might not want a jeep.
@wayalife, would love to !!! however we just settled in Brunei and have another 4 years of hardship (kidding !!!) to go, but maybe our next posting will be in the US. I am modifying my 2010 4dr in a slightly subdued fashion compared to your jeeps but need to start some where. Again great footage and as I do quite a bit of editing myself I have picked up many good things from Cindy ! Cheers Mark
Excellent video as always. When are you all planning your next Rubicon run? I run a TJ but would love to tag along as am intending on running the Rubi sometime between July and September. Cheers.
@Trashjack101 hmmm, i suppose it depends on the person. mostly we refer to each other by our real names but, there are a few that actually prefer to be called by their screen name which in most cases is really their nickname in real life.
Thank you, we're so happy that you like our videos and if you ever do get a chance to head out this way, we'd love to have you join us :)
some of us have families, dogs and a ton of gear and a 4-door just makes so much more sense. and believe me, we've owned a CJ and a TJ and absolutely love our 4-doors
@daubie3 thank you so much, we are flattered by your kind words and glad to know that you enjoy our videos :)

LOL!! the snow was deeper than that, it was slushy and on a steep hill but I'm sure there are guys like you who are still more badass than us rookies.
@TWBradshaw thank you, we really are so glad to know you like our video :)
Wow, wayalife, your videos just keep getting better and better.

Seriously Eddie, production value of videos has grown leaps and bounds. Loved it.

This is your best video yet Wayalife, and there all good!
So that makes this your
SUPER BEST VIDEO EVER!
Thanks and please keep coming exactly like this!
i could watch these videos all day
ive seen all of your videos, you guys are my heroes. if i had a better life i would love to come wheel with you guys. beautiful rigs, beautiful places, keep it comin and maybe one day ill see you on the trail, keep her shinny side up gentleman (and ladies).
Pretty sweet!! You guys are the meaning of what it is to be a jeep owner! As far as i am concerned with, you guys are the best on the Tube>!!
can't speak for anyone else but, cindy loves wheeling just as much as i do.
Another excellent video .this is awesome I finally put my TJ on snow last weekend. It was nothing like what's in your video. You guy's make it look easy. I couldn't believe how well these Wranglers do on ice and snow. that one jeep looked like it almost hit you. yips.
@ConnorAdams5 thank you. we're so glad that you like our videos :)
@flouserfehler thanks, we're really glad to know that you like our video
Depends on the year and the lines you take. Most of the big obstacles can be bypassed but, a good storm can make the rest of the trail tough too.
@Stuka87 oh, i can only image how much harder it would be to climb a hill like this in a pickup. glad you liked the video
awesome video! I'm going to be doing this trail this Saturday and this video layed out the trail very well. Excellent work!
Great video,as always!!!I lived in Kingman for some time in the mid to late 90's,and there is just wonderful landscapes to be seen in that area!!!
We were just out there but it was dry - must be a LOT tougher when it's wet! and that Mansion is awesome.
LOVE IT! my favorite video so far, and that's saying a lot! and that's a gnarly snow hill @ 7:30
@sp300z wow, we're truly flattered that you liked our video and do hope you can join us on a run someday :)

Fantastic videos, i'm going back and re watching them all! You have now have one more subscriber.
@dygituljunky thank you, we're truly flattered by your kind words.

@greatplanesman yeah, as you see our jeep now, it averages about 10 mpg. on the highway only and keeping it at about 60 mph, you can get about 14 mpg.
@stumpy4348 actually, when the JK's first came out, we actually custom ordered a nice 2-door rubicon. but, just before we took possession of it, we changed our minds and got an unlimited instead. never looked back since.
Whooooooo, great footage and fantastic editing. Well done, joy to watch, wish I could have joined you guys !
@ElyAbraham LOL!! thank you, we're so glad that you like it :)
Jaw dropping stuff! I need to get my Jeep bush ready!!
@MaximD9 thank you - be sure to check back soon as we have a 6 part series on moab coming up :)

@Traxxasman94 yes, we have this problem on our white JK but only when we are out of the state of california.
@steveo5402001 thank you - regarding the lights, they are just cheap platnum burners from walmart - $18 a pair :)
@wayalife nice! i love our new 2012.
@CrossmanM LOL!! there were actually a couple of 2-doors on this trip but only one attempted the harder obstacles.
@Adrian00702 believe me, it was a surprise for us to find as well and ultimately, forced us to turn back as some in our group were unable to make it.
I think you guys being up on those high mountian roads with snow on them is nutts i have been up on those roads with out snow and they are very steep.
@MrSeanvoth thank you - i hope you get your jeep soon :)
always a great video you guys put out

Video production is professional. It should go on Discovery channel.
@3lliottC what 3lliottC said, it's a smittybilt xrc
Awesome. Even better since it has Anberlin at the end
Your videos are really amazing.
Seeing all of you fuel up at the beginning of the video made me think about the JK fueling problem that I've experienced and read a lot about. Have any of you had problems with the tank overflowing when fueling up?
@kaotikblaze90 actually, if you look at our credits, you will see them listed in order and correctly
@mariot95 the songs are listed in the credits at the end of the video :)
The snow section reminds me of the Moab Video that AEV made last year. I have had to drive in that type of snow (melted, then frozen) multiple times. Although trying to get home in my case. Its tough going. Actually have a video of My J10 on here from like 3 years ago trying to make it up my driveway.

I didn't know that there were that great of trails in the Hualapai Mountains. I live in Kingman by the way.

if you can afford to get a 2007 and up JK rubicon, that's what i would get. a 4-door would even be better.
@wayalife yall should do like a tour around the country that would be sickkk
Excellent video as always. When are you all planning your next Rubicon run? I run a TJ but would love to tag along as am intending on running the Rubi sometime between July and September. Cheers.
