    Thank you for taking the time to make such an informative and realistic video. Very useful when considering the product and always good to have the real-life experience rather than the "packaged" commercial content. Well done!

      I've watched so many others, where they just put one or two bikes on and cut out the adjustments you need to make! So I knew with the drone filming and my bumpy lane it would help buyers. Many thanks for watching

  • @micksuzi383

    thanks for taking the time to do this video. Really helpful. I noticed that when you were driving, there was a bit of movement/swaying of the bikes. Was this a concern/distraction for you?

    • @M3lionsinformationBOOTH
      @M3lionsinformationBOOTH  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, it would happen on any of them the 'ride on' or the 'hang on' the farm lane and the road i tested on is very very bad and bumpy, so I have no concern and will be using it when we drive to Italy and France, only thing I meant to mention was im going to use a number plate board and a couple of bungee cords to hold the bikes from natural movement, and I can sell my roof rack bike mounts now!! There are some good deals at the minute on ebay because its out of season and im buying a bolt lock just for peace of mind.

      I have this rack and yes , it sways from side to side on every corner. And no the OG is correct it would happen with any of these designs as there’s nothing to stop it swivelling on the tow ball. Ours has damaged all the back of our car , however I’m unsure how straps can stop the natural sway of the bikes ? Think that’s pretty impossible . To be honest these are a poor concept design and I’d steer clear if I was better researched prior to purchase. I was in a rush and took the bike shops word for it that these are “ great “. The only way I could see these not swinging around and therefore scratching the hell out of the back of the car is to solid weld the thing to the towball and simply changing the whole towball hitch each time which kind of defeats the purpose. These are seemingly a great quick idea if you don’t care about your car.

    Do you find the Bike’s get scratched rubbing against each other?

    • @M3lionsinformationBOOTH
      @M3lionsinformationBOOTH  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      My honest opinion is even with the other rideon hangon pedals and handle bars may touch or the way they are held on by the rubber straps on and rack you will get a mark or over time get items touch, and anyone who tells you different is lying, use it once and all perfect you will be OK, but the more you use it or any rack things will catch. Nothing in the design will harm the bikes, but pedals move and catch unless you spend ages fixing them so they don't. Sorry for the long reply

    I am semi close to buying this rack 2nd hand for a decent price.
    My worry is that with bikes on the back the number plate is obscured and here in Australia the police are hawks and will pull that up.
    - Do you know whether there is a solution, (other than buying a new number plate to affix to the last bike)?
    - Also, if driving in the dark are your lights obscured from view?
    Many thanks!!
