more update on upgradeing the pedicab tear dwn

done some cuting today. took off the seat from my pedicab so i can rebuild it.

made a small mistake on the color th light grn the orignal and the darker was the crapy color.. as of 3/2013 this cab got dropped of to my freind graig who does my good welding to swop out the frame and maybe rebuild the back seat alil for frame strenth
