    I shoot OTT. And I have been shooting for a very long time. This frame is outstanding. Worth every penny.

    I prefer the Bean Flip frame over the Scout lt Comfort and sight align seems to work better for with the Bean Flip

    I have a Beanflip its a great slingshot. It took me awhile to get used to tho as I had a ton of fork hits after i first got it but it was all in my poor form not the slingshot. Wouldn't recommend this frame for a beginner tho.

      Thanks for commenting! True, if a beginner set up this frame in TTF orientation I would be a bit hesitant and recommend small ammo and light bands to start off with. I'm really hoping that Simpleshot comes out with a custom polycarbonate one like they did with the Axiom recently. :)

    I just ordered the cast aluminium Millbro Bean Flip from simpleshot. I have made one out of wood and loved it, so I went big. I get it on Friday, and I'm going to do an un-boxing video i think. And how do you attach your pouches to yourbands like that? there beautiful ties! you should do a video, or maybe explain it please

    I was watching Perry at A+ slingshots. He seems to pull the bands through the frame for TTF shooting, while Simple-Shot says to not do that, specifically. I wonder why?

      Hi Steve, for some reason I didn't get a notification that you commented again! Sorry about that! I believe it is largely a matter of preference and sometimes a matter of frame design when it comes to having the bands bull back through the forks or around the forks. Some of Perry's frames have a fiber-optic sight peg so out of necessity you need to have the bands pull back through the forks. You could definitely ask Perry about it on his channel if you haven't already. Cheers!

      The bands need to wrap around the frame to keep proper tension and not allow the bands to slip out of the plugs.

    Is the regular ocularis smaller than the scout

      Eagle Eye View Images The Axiom Ocularis is the same size as the Scout XT but is larger than the Scout LT.

    General Question: I have this frame, and shoot OTT. In TTF shooting, Issedehold required? I get fork hits with side hold.

    • @SamuraiSamoht14
      @SamuraiSamoht14  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Steve Brettell I personally don't find it comfortable unless I use side-hold or "gangsta" style. If you are getting fork hits with ttf make sure you aren't flipping the frame like in ott, and always pinch on top of the ammo to get a smooth pouch release. Thanks for watching!

      Thanks for answering. One is in my pocket now.

      You are likely just not holding the frame straight on a side hold. I was having the same problem with my fork hits. Changed my form and it stopped the problem.

      SamuraiSamoht14 They are out right now but I hear beginning of Dec they will have more. I am gonna get it soon as I see them in stock. That first run went quick.

      If you get your hands on one Id like to hear what you think. If I don't get it for Christmas I will be saving a little bit each paycheque to get one in my hands! Its great that the Cast Alu has the contours like a custom frame.

      SamuraiSamoht14 I will try to do a vid. My TH-cam channel has taken a back seat to live shooting on parascope and fb. I have alot of cool slingshots that I really need to get to and show them.

    So ocularis or this one

    • @SamuraiSamoht14
      @SamuraiSamoht14  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Eagle Eye View Images I personally gravitate towards frames that give me a good pinch grip on it so the Beanflip offers that more than the Axiom Ocularis. That being said I do really like the Axiom Ocularis which does allow for a relaxed pinch grip or thumb support.

    • @eagleeyeviewimages
      @eagleeyeviewimages 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SamuraiSamoht14 so does the ocularis fill better in a pinch grip? Because the scout xt feels to big. In a pinch grip. I guess I am wondering what really is the difference. Other than the way ocularis mounts the band. Thanks for taking time to help me on this means a lot.

      Oh I can't find the bean flip on there website. I see a jelly bean lol

    • @SamuraiSamoht14
      @SamuraiSamoht14  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Eagle Eye View Images No problem at all! The Axiom Ocularis is definitely quite a bit slimmer than the Scout XT but its just as wide in the web section. Honestly if the Scout XT is too big then I recommend the Scout LT if you want a solid pinch grip. Check out my review on that one if you haven’t already :) .

    What does it mean "No sight on fork"

    • @SamuraiSamoht14

      Joshua Marrero It just means that this version doesn't have aiming dimps/grooves. Perhaps I should do an update showing the newer version. Cheers.
