    This video, particularly relating to the rotation of the hips while keeping the shoulders back, was a fantastic find. It has completely transformed my downswing and connection with the ball. The effect is really quite dramatic. I have never in 25 years struck irons and the driver with such success as I am now doing. A complete transformation. Thanks to your coach for that simple explanation and demo, with you bent over the club rotating the hips while keeping shoulders still facing ahead. Brilliant.

    Congratulations Ernie in your up coming wedding! Absolutely love your videos! I somehow stumbled across them and have learned and gained so much from them- thank you Zach you are an amazing coach! I’ve been applying your lessons at the range and the results are fantastic! I feel rejuvenated and got rid of the weak right miss and am drawing the ball and at times getting a horrendous hook- lol. Keep up the great work. I appreciate you! Aloha from Hawaii!

    This is an amazing driver lesson, I think I have seen this teaching by someone teaching the Mike Austin swing and thought it can't be right it is promoting flipping, but this clearly works, obviously as long as you do it correctly. Does this mean we have been caught trying to hold lag for far too long with the driver?
    Man what a great teacher, wish I didn't live so far away. Also Erndog you are a great student good luck with scratch.

    • @ErndogGolf
      @ErndogGolf  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you man! Yeah, majority of professionals are really good at releasing the club, and a lot of them have a left miss. So holding the lag for them and a more rotational swing, allows to no longer have a left miss. Most ams actually miss right and don’t have a good understanding on how to release the club, so holding lag ends up making their natural swing worse

    I think what makes this so hard is that as we try to create speed we pull harder on the handle and it gets harder and harder to get the club head to catch up. So tricky to get that club head moving early enough to get there ahead of the hands!

      @@ErndogGolfwould love to hear your tips on how to find a good golf instructor and what red flags or green flags would be when interacting with them, especially for the certain kinds of goals (ex: for a mid handicap, low handicap and scratch).
      For instance, My goal is to get to a 10 handicap within the next 2 years. What level of expertise should they have vs an instructor that would get me to scratch once
      I achieve that goal.
