Welcome to the club. I only found him 4ish months ago. I went to show my buddy that likes obscure artists only for him to tell me he's been listening to Pokey for several years. I could have smacked him for not sharing but I guess he didn't think I would like this. Cheers!

@@joem7572 Yeah, I only have a small handful of people who I consider friends, and we discuss movies, books, and music on a weekly or so basis. If any of them kept Pokey, Coulter Wall, Tyler Childress or Kassi Valazza from me to themselves. I'm sure I would do something I would regret. Well...maybe they would regret it more. But who knows? 😜🍺
@@70Slinger I've got two friends and we do the same, our other friends are only topically interested. That is why I was gob-smacked when he said he had been listening to Pokey for years. I love Colter Wall and Tyler Childress but I've not heard of Kassi Valazza so I'll check her out.

I would recommend "Johnny Dear" by Kassi but only if you are in a good disposition. It's depressing but a damn good song. i like this but i cant help but feel its an act. like they are trying to hard to look like they are out of the 50s. im referring to the singer, his hair cut, his fashion, and even singing out of the side of his mouth.
