Missed this one vlog,,, now watching this vlog... Trying to watch all your vlogs... You have an outstanding personality along with The Eddie H. and Alex your son appears to be a very RESPECTFUL OUTSTANDING YOUNG MAN... Off course a Product of Parental Guidance... GOD BLESS !!! Have a wonderful day...
WAY too short. Needs to be about 2 hours longer! Getting more used to the old girl and getting smoother/faster. It's sneaking up on you. Fine logs to be sawing as well. And just can't beat hearing that bus motor make sawdust at a rapid rate! Thanks, Mark! A-PLUS!
@@markgalicic7788 I tried it once on a lot smaller mill but it was too nerve wracking for me. I was just looking for rings and bits to go flying when I tried to cut a dog in 2. I'll just watch if that's all right!
Mr. McCoy was just stating in his latest video that his mill is kind of economically marginal these days. Yet you seem to have built the same kind of mill with all new pieces. Care to comment on why yours can make money? Different markets? Very nice setup, I think. I always thought his was very nice as well. Simple, not too many pieces, it just works.
we ran a meadows # 1 handset mill for 25 years then found this mill on craigslist very cheep. we are a small custom cut mill and saw small orders that the large mills won't do ,that works for us .
@@markgalicic7788 Wow, I just assumed that you bought the mill from a dealer or something from the great condition of everything, or did you rebuild/repaint it yourself?

thanks for watching our videos Joe.
I would love to know how/who/with what you bucked those logs. The butts look like they were done with a really big chop saw.
WOW! You were sure bare-bones back then.
Man that blower really throws the saw dust out, maybe you could cover it so it keeps Dry.
What do you do with all of the scrap wood and sawdust? Is there a market for them or is it just waste you have to dispose of?
we sell sawdust for stall bedding & slabwood for firewood to pay for fuel.
Your sawing technique is much improved! I subscribed hoping you'll continue to post videos. Thanks!
thanks ,the more time get in the sawcab the better I get ,and yes we will have many more videos too. thanks for subscribing!

It was a wreck when we bought it, we have a video, sawmill move pt1&2 you can see how bad it was.
yes we rebuilt the whole mill and still have a lot to do .
To far away can't see the colors & grain of wood.
I like to film in the cab but did not have anyone to help film.
Change the position of the camera. We would like to see
we did on our new videos.
