I came across your video through TH-cam search, looking an advice to help my son. He was in a swimming meet today and did poorly. It's so poor that he wanted to give up his swimming. Your video got him back on his feet again. He became motivated again, just 10 mins of watching your video. I can't thank you enough.

      Steve,
Performance anxiety like you describe is usually driven by having the wrong focus of concentration both before and during your play. My guess is you're too focused on outcome, the future, what could go wrong, what you need to do, what if you don't as well as focusing on what you think others may think of you, the coach, your teammates, who's watching in the crowd, etc.
Focusing on these things will always make you too nervous to perform to your potential as well as killing your self confidence. You have to learn to become aware oof the instant your focus goes "internal," to your thoughts about these things and then immediately "reset" your focus on the action, out on the field, on just seeing the play and reacting.
You may have to do this a lot in the beginning, but this is where you need to start! Catching yourself when your focus drifts out of the NOW to the Past (your mistakes) or the future and then bringing yourself back.

Thank you so much I play basketball and scored 25 points in a practice but in game I choke and do bad. Are things I can do before game to calm myself down?

There are a lot of things that you could be doing to help you calm down before your games. In fact, the reason you choke under pressure is because of what you focus on and think about the days and hours leading up to the game. much of the stress is generated by focusing on the wrong thing like outcome, needing to prove yourself, wanting to score so many points, worried about messing up, etc.
You have to learn to become aware of your focus and when you drift away from the right things, you have to be able to immediately "reset!"
Best advice I could give you about immediately correcting this problem would be to have you work with my basketball mental toughness set, Basketball With The Competitive Edge. It will provide you with the "how to" in terms of controlling your nerves pre-game and during the game in addition to teach you how to better control your focus of concentration.
