    Apologies for the reupload; due to many different issues with the original video I have decided it was best to just post it as new. Hope you all enjoy regardless, part 2 should be out in a few weeks.

      @Jabba.Da.Hutt_ 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Exactly, and to top it all off these GE ET44AH’s are just as garbage as the EMD tier 4’s too.

    • @AustinWesternRailfan
      @AustinWesternRailfan 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      that's because the SD70ACe-T4s are literally trash units, and this is coming from an EMD fan

    • @Jabba.Da.Hutt_
      @Jabba.Da.Hutt_ 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@AustinWesternRailfan The Ace tier 4 isn’t trash. It’s the garbage tier 4 prime mover that’s absolute trash. Both GE and EMD struggle with the same issues on both of there units.

      @douglasskaalrud6865 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Jabba.Da.Hutt_. What’s your reasoning behind that garbage statement you just made? Got any proof? There’s a reason why EMD can’t sell anything and it’s because railroads think they’re garbage and they’ve thought this for the last thirty years or so.

    • @Jabba.Da.Hutt_
      @Jabba.Da.Hutt_ 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@douglasskaalrud6865 first off, my information literally comes from a guy I talked to who literally works for BNSF in the maintenance shop. He said that both of EMD’s and GE’s tier 4’s are in the shop more than any other locomotive because of the prime mover issues they have. Now from a your other question about EMD being completely trash in the last 30 years. You’re wrong, because if that was the case then the sd70ACE’s wouldn’t be as popular as they are/have been. Is that why NS literally asked EMD to build them “Brand New” tier 3 ACE’s after they pay a fine to the government for making EMD build non tier 4 locomotives for them. Now yea you could make the case that the original ACE’s/lightning cab ACE’s did have teething issues in the beginning. But once that was taken care of the ACE platform was produced in Mass for all the Class 1’s except for CSX because they don’t wanna have 2 largely different locomotive models that need to be learned in there shops. So excluding CSX, all Class 1’s bought *Many* *Many* Sd70ACE’s. 😑 EMD can’t help that GE has a monopoly over the locomotive buying department… btw I’m a huge GE lover… but acting like the GE is some robust piece of metal that has 0 issues or acts like it has 0 is a blatant lie. Because they have pretty common issues themselves. Ask any real engineer and they’ll tell you they love the power and availability the ACE can give but put it with the smoother riding and quieter cab of the GE’s and that’s what they would pick. Quit acting like EMD is trash just because they can’t make a reliable Prime mover for the Tier 4’s… when at this time nobody can make a reliable Tier 4 prime mover on any diesel platform… locomotives or not. 🙄

      Not really; the ES44ACH GEVOs have the large, normal BNSF logo, while the ET44ACH have the smaller ones.

    • @FreightTrainProductions
      @FreightTrainProductions  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, and also to replace the Warbonnets being phased out. Likely they also need a bit more power for their increasing traffic loads.

    Btw, You have a flaw in the description; 3305/3306 are ES44ACH not ET44!
    And, BNSF is the only buyer of new locomotives from class I ! Everyone else is rebuilding DC power to AC or upgrade of existing ACs.❤

      @@FreightTrainProductions well, number of units (Dash 9 s) are sold to NS 3900s currently patched and probably be rebuilt into C6M specs and G&W is buying and getting them look sharp and clean. . Big power will not be scrapped so soon because it can serve it's purpose for quite a time on other RR.
      Greetings from Europe, just a fan who would have a BLAST seeing it in person for one day at least. But I grew up on export EMD power and that's why I love all things Rail related!

    • @FreightTrainProductions
      @FreightTrainProductions  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The ones with the small logo are the T4s (ET44ACH). The original size of the swoosh was too big to fit on the hood of the T4, and it helps distinguish the two. All the rest have the larger logo.
