Thanks for the video. I just found a discarded power chair. Tested it with a 12volt supply and I'm getting action (forward, reverse, turning) from the wheels and all of the controls. Batteries are shot. Getting two new ones tomorrow. Want to clean it real good and repaint some of the metal parts. Disassembly has gone well so far.

I do the same thing you do
I buy powerchairs & scooters
& try restoribg them to cherry.
I enjoy doing it verymuch.
You could try heating up the hub with a blowtorch and then use the bearing puller.
Those casters like like they were used on a battle robot.

Looks like the wheelchair that belonged to the guy that got caught in the front grill of a semi and was traveling 70 mph down the highway.
He was a heavy guy, and this wheelchair was at its end. He was very happy to sell it to me.
Not sound effects, sound affects because it affects the viewer.
What is with that sound when the video is speed up, It's driving me crazy?
