      @@100Stayn Hi. As a Walmart associate working in the deli department for 5 years, I'm happy to give you legal advice online in this TH-cam comment thread. To answer your question in a nutshell, It takes 10 shamans and the blood of 7 goats. Basically, whomever you want to confer nationality on, you put on a ritualistic platform raised 4 feet above the ground, and then have the shamans dance around that person chanting and spreading the blood of 7 sacrificed goats. It really is that simple. This should all be done at precisely midnight during a full moon for the greatest effect. If all goes well, the ghost of George Washington will materialize from the either and declare the conferral to be complete and 100% authentic. You should have your phone out with the camera on to create a record in case someone disputes nationality later.
