I think you meant to say rabbits for herbivores not rats. Rats are omnivores. Just a FYI as I wanted to use this video to show my class but need to make sure they paid attention to that correction.

Rats are omnivores, but they have a highly developed cecum. So I guess it depends what portion of the video you're referring to, since there are a few times she lists horses and rabbits, horses and rats together, etc.
