Victor Harbor Tram & Cockle Train

One of the nicest stretches of line in South Australia is SteamRanger's route from Goolwa to Victor Harbor running along the bluffs above the beaches. The so-called "Cockle Train" was named by the locals years ago when they brought their cockles to market at Victor Harbor. Also of interest is the Victor Harbor Horse Drawn Tram, once a part of the SAR system and still rail connected to SteamRanger's broad gauge line.
