Carlo Scarpa is my favorite architect. What a unique perspective on architecture!

This has to be the most beautiful representation of architecture in a video that I have seen. Not only is Scarpa a master but you too, you should do more videos like this, you have the talent for it.

Your video is simply incredible. I discovered this tomb from Dune Part 2, and I found it one of the most beautiful and interesting things I've ever seen in my life. Your explanation just made everything even better. This video is a gem on TH-cam.

Thank you very much for your comment. I’m really happy with it. I didn’t know that it’s on Dune Part 2. The tomb is amazingly detailed and beautiful.

@@giorgiokoharu Yes, the tomb is the emperor's house in the movie. Through your video, I was able to identify some corridors in the film. The production contacted the family asking if they could shoot there, and since they had already read Dune and watched the first part of the movie, they liked it a lot and allowed it to be filmed with great pleasure.

Thank you for this nice video! I live 40 minutes from this place and didn't even know it existed. I was really surprised to find out that those Dune II scenes were filmed so close to where I live!!

@建築と芸術 by Giorgio & KOHARU Even though I could just watch it with subtitles even in that form the video was a masterpiece: as I am currently preparing to make a videoseries or at least a few shorts about Carlo Scarpa I was looking for inspiration and your video really humbled me. The video itself is an incredible work of art. Did you use the book written by Mauro Pierconti about Carlo Scarpa and Japan as a source for this video?

Thank you for your message. I’m glad that you like it. I actually didn’t know Mauro Pierconti but he looks very interesting. I’ll check him out. Thank you for the information :)
