this will unlock Sharkfood Island where you will find a stop n swop item. These cannot be used on the 64 version and are just for collecting. On the Xbox version these areas are unlocked automatically by having a save of Banjo-Tooie or Banjo-Kazooie Nuts & Bolts although i believe you still need to get the item
