A Passion for Art and Carp.
Here is my latest Carp portrait drawing for Karl Chapman, a truly special mirror capture immortalised in graphite pencil, roughly sixty hours drawing time spread over ten days Using Quality pencils by the Caran d'Ache, the Grafwood range and a few cult classics by Blacking, Size A3. Karl asked me to change the hand placement from the reference photo, holding the carp the way he wanted it, in the film is Partial time lapse drawing and some Film footage taken just after i finished this piece of Art. 📽️✏️🐟🙂.
Massive respect to Karl trusting me to draw such a stunning mirror carp, captured in graphite pencil with my style of drawing, i truly have enjoyed drawing this one from a old reference photo, it sure was a pleasure to draw for Karl and i'm looking forward to seeing this one all framed up looking fantastic on his wall in his home, thanks again Karl.
