This is probably not a real story it probably never really happened but if it was a real story there probably would have been gunfire involved cuz that's usually how stuff like this ends usually
Understand the problem but parking a couple of old rental trucks across the front where the cars can not leave, or easiest method to stopping this digging down say 2 feet rent a device that breaks up the soil into nice soft deep mixture, add a bit of cow manure. With cars still parked in no trespassing no parking signed area posted tow away zone, just add water and wait to see what grows! No one can leave without a tow truck, since you own the land the tow truck driver can not enter your property. Enjoy the view John Had a friend in Iowa just went to his home hook up the fully loaded manure spreader, returned to his business drove slowly down the line of illegally parked vehicles ( top down or windows open a pure plus. Turning on the spreader to the one side. Turned on sprinklers. Sign posted on wall warning warning automatic fertilizes and watering daily do not park, private property garden trials. No parking problem.
There was a story where a guy had trouble with a stranger parking in his drive way so he had enough so he parked behind the strangers car and drank a few beers the stranger had called police on the guy and the guy said officer i cant move the car im too drunk to drive he officer said ok i can move it for u the guy said sorry my insurance only covers me so police tell the stranger theyd give him a ride home and bring him back the next day so the next day the same officers came back with the stranger an officer held a breathalyzer winking lets see if ur still drunk he wasnt s he moved the car but not before saying now remember u now know what will happen if u do it again after that the stranger left him alone i cant believe the strangers face when the owner of the driveway said sorry im too drunk
Chris, you needed to set seedling / sapling trees all around (simulating an orchard) your property indicating there is landscaping. Mark with stakes set close enough to restrict driving.
not a real story, why would you just complain to your neighbor about him allowing people parking on your property instead of just calling the cops and having the cars towed
When Roy ask if he thinks the community will support him, he should have retorted, Yes, i do not think they want be part of a thieving ring. The cops should have been called the first time they did it.
The cops proved themselves the 'thin blue line' by doing nothing when help was requested. They should have been asked to set up a speed trap. That might have stimulated some response from LEO.
@@jo2lovid You do realize this is almost certainly fiction? IF a cop was called about trespassing they would have given Roy a warning that very first day.
put up a large ugly sign stating those who park on these premises without written permission from the homeowner agree to have their vehicle coated with paint thinners and or brake fluid before having the vehicle towed away to the furthest impound lot to allow the paint thinners and or brake fluid to take effect bear in mind if the paintwork is treated it will not be a consistent coating
Doesn't bother me that this is made up; I don't expect fiction to be real. However, you'd think his first phone call will be to the authorities; police, sheriff or whoever is in charge of law enforcement. Let them do the towing, ticketing, arresting and whatever else is needed to keep order and peace. That way, Roy's threats automatically become the concern of criminal law. Putting it in the hands of your own lawyer seems inadequate as this isn't simple tort.
This is fabricated or made worse than it was. When I purchased a building the large driveway was filled with cars. These were people from a local factory using it as it was vacant for sometime. Most of them were unaware the property was purchased. They stopped parking there. I had only one argue with me
BS story who cares what the community thinks the owner didn't agree to them using the property. What legal battle they were trespassing and parking where not wanted, why didn't Roy offer up hs land for parking

That second time he should’ve just called for a tow right away.
Call the cops FIRST and on every occasion of vehicles trespassing, and then call a tow truck AFTER you've finished with the cops.
No one puts up with this. Warn them once, then have them towed and file suit.
Use the license plates to track down the owners of the cars and charge them with trespassing and then sue them for the repairs to his property.

The first thing he should have done is remove the illegal sign
This was a fantastic yarn....put me to sleep immediately....slept like a babe for 8 hours.
Fake. Even were his land rezoned, it would only mean HE would have the right to build a parking lot, not that anyone else would be able to do it.

I've got a tale of wow to tell you. To the point I've lost $ 250.000 . You seem gullible enough to send me a few $1000.
I don't care if someone likes to lose or not I'd make sure not to relate.

Why couldn't you redirect cars to Good Neighbor Roy's property??? AND GET THE POLICE INVOLVED AND A PROPERTY RIGHTS ATTORNEY.
Dead men can't get a property re zoned.
I call all these videos “ something that never happened “
Must be a fake story vandalism is not a civil matter

park on his grass
How did he install cameras and not see who spray painted his driveway? Thumbs down! Another story that is very poorly done. 😊
Annoying AI voice telling a fabricated fairytale.
A crap story
Hey, PJ, these stories are crap!!
