As the manager he should have known who she was

He absolutely should have been fired. There’s no doubt about it. You could have easily found someone else who could do the same job, maybe even better. Let’s be real-if the roles were reversed, we all know exactly what the outcome would have been. There wouldn’t have been any second chances or leniency; action would have been swift and unforgiving. This kind of double standard is glaringly obvious, and it’s impossible to ignore. It’s frustrating to see fairness tossed aside like this.

@@CrazyExposed-k5twith privacy issues, if I were the owner I wouldn’t want people knowing my identity as well, just for personal safety, that way if they are doing something illegal you don’t have to worry about retaliation against yourself or your family sad to say.

Wow, Eleanor’s story is so powerful-it’s not just about a single moment of standing up for herself, but about the bigger picture of breaking barriers and creating change. 💪 It’s incredible how she handled everything with such grace and determination. What would you do if you were in her position? Let's discuss!

Not really! Very seldom would even a manager know the OWNER of the business or even the board members. Of large companies.

Also, most institutions are governed by a board as opposed to the actual owner, who most times like to keep a low profile.
