I cannot understand a thing this person is saying to do.
1. Is this on the computer, the phone, or both?
2. Removing the account prevents you from logging back into a device you haven't logged into it on.
Every single thing in this video cannot be done.

Tech guy, I’m new to your TH-cam channel recently my gmail got hacked and the hacker changed my password and remove my phone number and put theirs on my account. And I can’t change my password or forget password and I don’t have a passkey By any chance do you know how I can get my account back?

You need to inform this incident to Google Support first using another google account.
Share all the details with them they recover your account
