In the pearl harbor documentary the only thing disappointing was the use of WOWS images that most of the time didnt had anything to do with what was beign told and by his arcady graphic nature it completely made the immersion lost whenever there was a low quality plane or ship, one better partner would be WarThunder, absolutely more realidtic in the gameplay and in the graphic than wows, as the 'world of' series is just an arcade crap in any way

When I watched your Pear Harbor video it reminded me of the news coverage of 911 that you find on the internet and it gave it a sense of event, the death and momentous nature of what was happening in a fashion that I had only experienced watching those multi hour long news coverage video. The only think that came close to that prior in regards to a historical event was the Titanic real time sinking video in 2016. I do hope you decide to do 911 this September.
Conveying the uncertainty of what would happen next is probably an important and difficult thing now. And how unprepared USA was. I was on a tour of Pentagon in late July 2001, the guide said, we are the unit protecting the capital and it is not like we are under attack.
I haven’t watched the video yet, but I already know it will be greatly enjoyed! Your content is second to none and we have all come to adore everyone involved in the making! Thank you for the insight into your personal lives and also for all the knowledge and entertainment along the way!
I appreciate all the work you and your team put into the TimeGhost channels and the programs are very engaging and well written. It is impressive the amount of history you cover and have uncovered. Please keep up the good work. As a Canadian I grew up in the 1970s listening to how the US won the war and very little was taught about Canada’s contribution to the war but as I got older and started learning on my own Canada was a major player in WW2 and with you covering the series you have shown glimpses of that. I don’t know how possible it is but maybe do a side series or a couple of one offs about the smaller countries who played roles in the Second World War on both sides of the conflict and how their contributions lent to the effort. Thank you
Thank you Dean, we appreciate your kind words of support. In terms of episodes on smaller countries, a few will be made but we're not sure when. Stay tuned!
My personal first experience with you guys, was when I saw that video where Indy explained what socialism is, and its differences with social-democracy, and so on. And it was so clear and free of biases (which at first I doubt, hearing Indy's Texan accent (sorry Indy, you're still the best!)) that I got caught immediately with all your content. I've seen all your videos since TGW and I keep thinking that you guys are an example of narration of terrible and, sometimes, cruel stories, that must be retold, so they don't happen ever again. Keep going! This is my favorite TH-cam channel. You´re the best!!
Just watching your videos I had no idea Indy even got sick. You guys really are in beast mode. Wishing the entire crew good luck and good health in 2021.
Looking forward to your coverage of some of 1942's big events like Stalingrad, Operation Torch, and the critical naval/air battles in the Pacific. These big events always have so much to teach, and you guys dive into the depth of them very well. Also, a mini doc on 9/11 would be very interesting to watch from a chronological perspective, like you mentioned. There is much to that day and the events surrounding it that effected so much of our lives going forward that many people don't know about or understand, especially people like myself who were just elementary-aged kids at the time.
I can't believe how NEUTRAL they are in this and other videos! How dare they not tell me how to think and make me draw my own conclusions! I suck at drawing! . . . . . Big sarcasm above. I am glad to have been supporting you all for the past few years. Thanks Indy, Sparty, and the TG Team for all you do! :)
@@657449 the argument could be made that the Moscow offensive and counter attack was the moment the Germans lost. Stalingrad was of course a pivotal battle and I would say worthy of more than one episode. I recommend watching TIKs Battlestorm Stalingrad series to that end.
It's great seeing a team, passionate about the subject for which they write, sharing that passion with all the research that's included with the world.
@@enricotempert I wouldn’t be surprised if either WW2 or Great War came around to doing that, but the Cold War channel (which is basically the same style) does stuff about, well, the Cold War.

Really enjoy the content you guys are making, been a fan since discovering the great war in 2015 and love the fact events are told in an unbiased way and let the facts speak for themselves, the way history should be told. Thanks for the amazing videos, looking forward to the next one.
I felt my heart drop when Indy suggested that. I'd watch it because I know Time Ghost would do an absolutely amazing job of covering it. But ... I don't want to. But there are a lot of people alive today who weren't even born when it happened and should learn about a defining moment of this century that set the US and the Middle East down the path it is now.
I was born after 9/11 but when I first heard about it it was just like 7 years ago and I remember how it was still a somewhat recent topic. Now it has been nearly 20 years and I feel old.
The Battle of Midway, Stalingrad, etc in real time, along with the major battles of the war would be incredible also , if they were as fascinating as the Pearl Harbor series was
Thanks for your great work. After months of lurking I became TG army member, because you already gave me so much I started feeling guilty. Now that I am a member, I feel much better. So for others, if you can manage, join! It's a small contribution for a great gift!
Sadly, I cannot support the channel monetarily but I can support it when it comes to the Algorithm and maybe, just maybe, it will come before the eyes of someone new who is both able and willing to support it more directly. You people do good work.
I really appreciate your work especially because it doesn't follow a certain narrative of "the struggle of great nations or certain individuals" and it's more objective. What I appreciate the more is the "War against humanity" series, as it does in a better way what most documentaries tend to fail at, show the most complicated and obscure chapters of humanity without shying away from telling what did happen, and giving some proper respect to the victims of that war. Maybe is the peculiar romanticising that occurs with this war, but we tend to forget that no everyone that perish, during this conflict, did so being a combatant.
I just finished Pearl Harbor and it was incredible. I can’t say enough good things about it. I learned so much and it was so interesting that I binged it. Cable tv is dead because of people like your team. This should be showed in history classes in school. I loved how it was just facts no right or wrong no bias or personal views just what happened.
Thank you very much for the high praise! We're always happy to see that our work helps deepen people's understanding of history. Thank you for being a fan!
I'm 24 and simply cannot believe it's been 20 years since 9/11; Time Ghost should absolutely do another "grandiose" project for 9/11. I was in kindergarten in 2001, but I remember that day so vividly. My mom was in the National Guard, and was on base on McGuire Air Force Base. We lived in South Jersey, but at the time my Dad worked in finance in North Jersey. He was supposed to have a meeting on 9/11 later that afternoon. My aunt was on the subway passing through the WTC, when she entered the metro all was well, by the time she got to her stop and leave the metro was of absolute chaos. School was effectively dismissed early and my mom had to pick my sister and I up from school.
@@PeacefulOscar true, but take into account that the Suez Crisis also involved major powers such as France and Great Britain actively while the Six Days War was nearly a purely Arab-Israeli conflict
What you are doing IS important. I've shared much of your content on my social media. Because, as Indy said, it's a saying because it's true. We DON'T want to repeat the history you are sharing.

You guys rock, I look forward to your episodes every week. I really would like to see a D-Day hour by hour, but im biased as I live near where a lot of the troops heading for Omaha beach left from.
For something like a recreation of kursk war thunder would probably be a better tool to utilize. That way you can have the ground and Aerial vehicles in the action such as Tiger's and T-34s slugging it out as IL 2s and Hs 129s do passes on the armor columns, they even have a map for kursk in the game.
Yes! Kursk! I'm just watching this now, and when Indy mentioned using the Pearl Harbor format to cover other battles, I immediately started thinking of Kursk. And that's the first one Indy mentioned. I had to stop the video and comment I was so excited. D-Day would also be a natural for this. I would be incredinly interested in the Battle of the Falaise Pocket, because of how the escape of so many Germany troops contributed to the strengthening of the Westwall and potential lenghtening of the war on the West Front.
i have really enjoyed your work so far and have experienced you as nothing but completely objective... facts happen to be facts, there is nothing to be changed about that. keep up the good work! greetings from the Netherlands...

Thanks YOU Jay! We're only here because we have the community supporting us.
Stay tuned!
The pearl harbour event was magnificent. A similar event for the key battles like Midway, Kursk, Normandy would be wonderful.
Great to see the awesome content, sad to see this new series coming only to Facebook and Instagram.
We're glad we could help inform. It's only possible with your support and the support from the rest of the community. Thanks Gonzalo!
Just watching your videos I had no idea Indy even got sick. You guys really are in beast mode. Wishing the entire crew good luck and good health in 2021.
Thank you Dan, you too!

Big sarcasm above. I am glad to have been supporting you all for the past few years. Thanks Indy, Sparty, and the TG Team for all you do! :)
Thanks Giraldus :) the events speak for themselves, and we think most people are smart enough to draw important lessons from said events.
Stalingrad in real time would be amazing!
That would be three excruciating months...
Jansen not the turning point in the Eastern Front war, but everyone realized that the war was lost.
@@stefanjoeres7149 five months, one week and three days.
@@657449 the argument could be made that the Moscow offensive and counter attack was the moment the Germans lost. Stalingrad was of course a pivotal battle and I would say worthy of more than one episode. I recommend watching TIKs Battlestorm Stalingrad series to that end.
@@yourstruly4817 Thanks wiki!
It's great seeing a team, passionate about the subject for which they write, sharing that passion with all the research that's included with the world.
Thanks Chris, without the TimeGhost Army on Patreon we wouldn't be able to work with our passion, so the love goes out to them too
What about doing the Korean War? It has after all been called the Forgotten War.
I think Vietnam would be more "popular"
@@yourstruly4817 but that has already been covered more often. okay, not in the way the time-ghost team does, but still. I would suggest to do both
Good idea
@@enricotempert I wouldn’t be surprised if either WW2 or Great War came around to doing that, but the Cold War channel (which is basically the same style) does stuff about, well, the Cold War.
@@yourstruly4817 That's why Korea is forgotten. Even MASH was a Vietnam Allegory and was set in Korea.
Well done guys, you’re finding the right balance. I’ve watched every video up to here on WW2 and I’m doing my best to follow in time. After this I’ll watch WW1 and he others. Let’s hope that these horrendous topics will used as a lesson.
@Jack Breslin Thanks very much for watching! Our channel depends on the support of our generous, engaged audience like you, so please consider joining the TimeGhost Army and help us make more and more episodes each and every week www.patreon.com/join/timeghosthistory
Love the content, perhaps a future series could be about the Iran-Iraq War or the Congo Crisis. Always enjoy all TimeGhost projects!
Korean war
@@sandybarnes887 yes, Korean War series should have its own channel because it could also cover the DMZ conflict in the late 1960s
Thanks! Lots of ideas going around but these are definitely on the long list.
Really enjoy the content you guys are making, been a fan since discovering the great war in 2015 and love the fact events are told in an unbiased way and let the facts speak for themselves, the way history should be told. Thanks for the amazing videos, looking forward to the next one.
Thanks Jack, we try our best to be unbiased
@@WorldWarTwo your welcome, you all do a fantastic job and deserve all the credit and success you guys receive
Day by day: the Japanese constructing the Burma Railway
Minute by minute of 9/11 would be incredible, its been 20 years but still feels like yesterday
Do it for the praise. Top job guys.
Best channel on TH-cam and so truthful content, so much details and this should be used for history 📚- great job guys 💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥
Thank you. We always want to include good detail from all perspectives.
The Battle of Midway, Stalingrad, etc in real time, along with the major battles of the war would be incredible also , if they were as fascinating as the Pearl Harbor series was
stalingrad minute by minute would be a marathon lol
@@matt-kv1nu yeah that would be like 6 months direct 24-7 episodes lol
@@ottovalkamo1Indy gets locked in a freezer with no food for added immersion
For Stalingrad check out TIK channel. His Battlestorm Stalingrad is currently at 19th episode.
Can't believe Midway is in less than 6 months
Thanks for your great work. After months of lurking I became TG army member, because you already gave me so much I started feeling guilty. Now that I am a member, I feel much better. So for others, if you can manage, join! It's a small contribution for a great gift!
Thanks, happy to have you as part of the TG army Alexander. We appreciate the support.
great work indeed .please keep it going.and best of luck and health.
Thank you for your kind words Gabe, we really appreciate them.
You and your team do great work. I really appreciate all of your efforts. Congratulations on all your well deserved success.
Thanks Wendy, we really appreciate your support.
I've been watching you guys since the beginning of the ww1 channel and you remain my favorite TH-cam channel
Thanks!
Love these series. Thanks to ALL the team involved.Must be a massive amount of work.Much love all.
Thanks Mango
Sadly, I cannot support the channel monetarily but I can support it when it comes to the Algorithm and maybe, just maybe, it will come before the eyes of someone new who is both able and willing to support it more directly. You people do good work.
Thank you, we appreciate your support!
I gain more respect for Indy and Sparty when ever I catch one of these videos. Respect and appreciation to them and all who help.
I hope that the timeghost team starts another channel oneday to cover all kinds of other wars/battles/stories. Just an amazing team.
Thank you!
Amazing work you do and as you say, it's "A work of Justice" 👍🏼
Thank you, we're glad you like it
I'm 24 and simply cannot believe it's been 20 years since 9/11; Time Ghost should absolutely do another "grandiose" project for 9/11.
Work you are doing is excellent, keep going! Finally got myself to support you on Patreon as well, well deserved.
Thank you and thanks for supporting us!
How about doing Ghost Army day by day of 1967 Arab Israeli Six Days War? The anniversary is in June.
Yes
That would be awesome but soooo controversial
@@obedrodriguez9074 They did Qadesh (Suez Crisis) and lived to tell the tale.
One thing i learned from this episode. Indy really like wine.
Okay Timeghost crew... was going to get around to changing my Patreon after Pearl Harbor which was amazing... i didn't though. Tonight I came home from work, saw this and switched to the Timeghost Army. The work you ALL do is amazing. Please continue.
Thanks for your support!
You guys rock, I look forward to your episodes every week.
I really would like to see a D-Day hour by hour, but im biased as I live near where a lot of the troops heading for Omaha beach left from.
Keep up the great work! It is a bit hard to watch the WoH episodes but they are important reminders of our not so distant history.
Very instructional in the minute by minute show
Indy& Sparti I ❤️your work & commitment to Preserving history!
Thank you very much, we appreciate your kind words!
Your series are really great. I would just like to thank all of you for your efforts. Keep up the good work! #NeverForget
Thank you Victor!
You are history gods! Love your witty comments
Thanks for the kind words, Pariah Stat.
Yes!
You guys are amazing. Your hard work is appreciated
Thanks Jeremy, it wouldn't be possible without the support of you and the rest of the TimeGhost Army
i have really enjoyed your work so far and have experienced you as nothing but completely objective...
