How to Make A Touch-Sensitive LED Smart Table? - Full DIY Process

Here is the complete DIY process of this epoxy resin touch-sensitive LED smart table.
1. Cut out hexagons on a CNC machine
Download the CNC file for free:

2. Polish the edges of the hexagons to remove the burrs
3. Pour epoxy resin into the grooves
4. Flatten the top and bottom surfaces of the board
Router Sled: SpeTool Cratos

Router Bit: SpeTool ATS coated surfacing router bit (W05002)

5. Cut out circle grooves for placing LED modules
Router Bit: SpeTool down cut spiral router bit (W04004)

6. Polish the surface of the table
7. Cut off excess wood on all sides of the board
8. Get the LED modules prepared

9. Place the LED modules into the circle grooves and connect them together
10. Fix them in place with hot glue
11. Join the LED table with the base together
12. Flush trim the 4 edges of the table

Speed: 10000 RPM

13. Chamfer the edge with a round-over router bit

14. Apply a clear coat on the surface of the tabletop
15. Fix the table legs

That may require a bit of modification on your own, and then you need a battery with enough power energy.😀
