I don't have enough room to do that. So I turn the saucepan lid upside down. Big saucepan on the bottom & then stack the smaller 1s as you go then they don't get scratches either.
I feel like those stands waste a lot of space. They take up valuable space for people with small cabinets. I’m not sure if I would even use them, and I have somewhat bigger cabinets. For people with less space… They make felt pads that sit in between each pan to use up less space and protect the cookware. Idk… just my thoughts on it. ✌️❤

If you using stainless steel and cast iron you should have no.problems with stacking your pots. Only problem is this way waste lot of space in most kitchens

They last longer if you don’t stack them - so her video is actually the way they should be stored - it’s not just about being “appealing to the eye”. Storing them correctly is actually practical - but go off while being wrong I guess 😂
@@cady__ I have used pots that have been stacked for decades and the pots are not degraded. Quality items last longer. The non-stick stuff they sell is (mostly) poor quality and durability. It may just depend on the quality of the product. You may want to refrain from popping off & looking ridiculous.

Did you know that the drawer under the stove is to keep food warm? If your dish is done baking, but you’re not ready to serve it yet (another dish isn’t done / guests haven’t arrived yet) you can put it down there to keep warm without it burning! The more you know
@@caragrace5705 and the ones that don’t have the warming drawer feature it’s actually meant to catch food bits I guess it just depends on the oven! My mom use to store her baking pans and extra frying pans there and they’d always end up greasy and full of burnt food.
Those 2 shelves combined are the entire cabinet space in my apartment 😅.. I had those kind of racks and had to ditch them.. lol My cookware lives in the oven until I need to bake something.. it’s wasted real estate otherwise.. I organized and moved people professionally for years.. you learn how to think outside of mass produced stuff.. or how to use it differently.. tiny space means vertical and crowded, not horizontal and spaced nicely 😅
I like the organization and the ease of retrieving. But for me it's a money thing. And i said for me the refrigerator "stuff," a rip-off. But that makes money for the seller, so to each his own.

If you’re in the UK, Lakeland sell the felt pads. That’s where I got mine.

My mom’s cabinets are filled with pots and pans passed down from generations! Too voluminous to organize and definitely not needed.
