really depends on how active / how much you spend. Mix of white blue maybe some gold is usually good enough for f2p as long you don't focus pvp.

Depends on your overall progress. In most cases gh would be better, but you need high raw int first, to make it work.

it's not adrenaline rush. I assume the buff you think it is, is increase agi.
