Thank you for reading the description box. This is the first video in a realty series I would like to create, and I'd love your input! Let me know in the comments what worked/didn't work for you in this video. Too much focus on one house? Too long describing each picture? Tell me! :)
Also, I learned a lesson while filming this. You'll notice that not all of the photos match up on the second listing. In the short time between when I recorded and when I edited, the listing had been removed. :( Luckily I had the address and was able to find another listing for the house, but it didn't have all of the photos. Oops! Now I know I have to capture the photos immediately after recording.

Loved it! I'd love it if it was a face to face meeting instead of over the phone, using a brochure or print out of the photos (I love paper sounds lol) and you could look at the floorplan on paper. I love videos that include tracing over paper and talking you through a floorplan! I haven't found many of those!

I actually really like this soft-spoken content. I think the concept is great, and how long you took is awesome because it's sort of like rambling ASMR. Maybe a new content direction would be this, but with fantasy houses or locations (e.g. LOTR, Harry Potter, etc. Maybe a nerdy twist to it!)

I adore the Zoom call roleplay! It's perfect for this sort of content, especially since we are all so used to video calls now, it is simple but so creative!
I love her videos because they are mostly role-plays and they aren't like weird like when Asmr is like fast or aggressive or rude, none of that is relaxing idk why people watch them. most of her videos are relaxing ❤

I love randomly looking for houses that are extremely expensive. I do it on Zillow from time to time. This series just does that for me which is both convenient and relaxing.
Whenever I'm out walking with my grandparents and we pass some huge luxury home my grandma's go to comment is "Who's gonna wash all those windows", but I guess if I could afford a place like this I could also afford a to hire a guy to come do it for me.
I always think of the interior cleaning, as well as all the repairs and upkeep on the house. But you’re right, if someone’s that wealthy, they probably have a groundskeeping staff.
That is such a or precious thing to think about when you see a luxury home! ❤️
Yeah you would need to have strangers of all types coming in there all the time to keep the place up. Kinda creepy...

ASMR has helped me remain calm and relaxed for years but I stopped having tingles about 8 months or so ago. I thought I had lost them. Then this video happened. Tingles almost the whole way through! Amazing video Veda!

Great video! One thing I would like to see as the series progresses is occasional bits of world building beyond simply suggesting the unvoiced clients are wealthy. A little storytelling can go a long way. Keep up the great work!

Respectfully disagree, I think this is one of the things Veda does best! We know they’re into fitness, may have kids one day, etc. Any more info disclosed about ultra rich clients would be unrealistic. To each their own!

This was well done and I really liked it. I would make two suggestions.
First, I thought the intro description of each home was great, but since you stayed on the same photo during that whole part it felt a bit long. Maybe either cycle through some of the photos during the intro description or make that description a little shorter and save some of it for some of the other pictures.
Second, especially since you said that this was a video call, I think it would be really good if you faced the camera - like you were talking to us on the video call rather than just us being a fly on the wall. I'm sure that there are some who like the fly on the wall style better, but for me I would really like it if you were facing and talking to us.

I really liked the details on the appliances/furnishings like when you were talking about the fridge and fire pit; in future ones I think I'd want plenty of that, if possible! (Do houses even come with certain furnishings at this price point? :P)

I love love love soft spoken descriptions - if you were to do it again I'd love there to be less sort of information gathering at the start - I know that's an unpopular opinion bc everyone loves keyboard sounds! I personally am just more into nicely phrased description reading and this video was FANTASTIC. You make your role-plays seem so natural, and ur voice is just,,,,, lovely

Visuals are important for roleplay, I guess, so including some illustrations is a nice idea.
My problem is that I usually listen this content, not watching it.
Just what I needed tonight! Love it! Only suggestion would be to start going through the photos sooner in the initial descriptions or choose specific ones to cycle through during the initial descriptions.
Great idea! I was thinking the same thing while I was editing, but I got lazy. I'll try to do that next time.

I like the places that you shown. And it was like lifestyles of the Rich and famous. I wonder if you could show houses that use solar and battery technology. I think they can look like any other modern middle class or upper class family house.

Hi Sally! I got my headphones so many years ago that I can’t remember if they had a chemical smell. I want to say they didn’t since I am very sensitive to smells and I think I’d remember. Has the smell gone away at all?

Unfortunately the smell hasn't faded at all but I'm thinking maybe it is just this pair as there is nothing online about others saying theirs have a chemical smell also. I really love them but like you am very sensitive to chemical smells so I might return and try buying elsewhere!

I would’ve liked if I were the client and you spoke to the camera as if I was at an in person consultation instead of looking to the side and being in a call center.
There are some links in my mind that I can never undo, so when you said "cream of the crop," I couldn't help but picture Macho Man Randy Savage making sales on the other line.

Veda, on the one hand, I love hearing you describe these wonderful homes. On the other hand, it kind of makes me feel like my current residence is inadequate. I really should just be grateful for where I live because my apartment is everything I need. I know it can be fun, though, to fantasize about being wealthy enough to afford an $18 million house. Most of us will never have that much money, but we can all pretend.
These places are so so so far beyond the reach of normal people. It can be fun to look at, but maybe I’ll do some episodes with more affordable options in the future. :)
