Badass scoop! Cool to see the Hirata & Hobbs top fueler, Hobbs ran a speed shop locally and I remember seeing a blower/injector setup with that scoop in his shop.
I can't think of a a single style of hotrod or modified custom that hasn't had that style of scoop on it at some point in it's life. Bolt it on, looks a lot faster already no matter what it is.
Great video! This could be an easy way to add performance to the supercharged cars of that era, so is the injection scoop considered as a thing that can be found on many 1960s-70s pony cars, or was it just for a few high performance seekers? Thank you.
