Embassy elevators locked after quests now. Must have been patched out. Same with Infinity LTD, I couldn’t get back in. (Other video of yours). And it makes sense, that you look around while doing quests.

So I did the friends like me mission and I can't activate the elevator...am I missing something
That one I was incorrect. Someone left a comment with the console command to get in, but you can also come back in NG+ and get the bonus that way.
