0:48 - opening the fan 3:33 - flourish 4:35 - closing the fan I might come back in the future in case i need help. Hopefully this helps others as well.
I learned that "fan flip" flourish by starting with a really deep swing cut, about 2/3rds of the pack into the left hand, then fanning the bottom packet. Just a little something to add to the front end, not a huge thing but it adds a little something to it.
Man, you do an amazing job in your videos, i give some classes and just the way u explain something so easy as a fan makes me learn how to teach better. Thanks alot! Anytime you come by spain 🇪🇸 let know! U seem so cool u are welcome anytime!
What!? Did you look up my search history from yesterday? I was exactly looking for this particular fan an flourish. Stop watching me. Thanks for the tutorial and perfect timing.
Thank you for a very detailed explanation! I couldn't understand it from other tutorials, but with you help my first flourish ever is starting to work!
Chris I can do a better fan try to do the fan right from the corner. I mean put your thumb right at the corner and don't hold the cards so they cover all your fingers. push the packet a bit towards your tips. doing this will give u a 180° plus fan
I have a problem with this fan, im not sure if its just me or its my cards. ive been practicing for 3 days, i still cant even get a fan. The front theres too big of a gap. I can't seem to get a even spread, Any tips?
does the type of cards have any effect on the fan? cos some decks are naturally more slippery but some maybe have some weird texture which cant fan at all
Another tutorial! Wonderful. You are a skilled mechanic and an excellent teacher. This is so much better than any of that other nonsense you have been doing lately.
Chris, you was my favourite magician until you said that thing about Italian(I'm Italian)😑 No, I'm joking you're the best magician ever, you're my favourite magician
Not sure how to answer that - He used to do our channel for us, while he ran his own channel as well. Then he went full time on his own channel a while back.
Usually means they are either moist from humidity, or dirty from oils and such on the hands. Might need a new deck but you can try leaving them in a Porper clip, card press, or under a heavy stack of books in the box for a day or two.
I'm from 2020 and I'm just now finding all of these Chris Ramsay tutorials. AWESOME!!!
Yup
Max Beatty yerrr

I'm from 2028 and still practicing.

0:48 - opening the fan
3:33 - flourish
4:35 - closing the fan

I love how Ellusionist just makes these tutorials and post them on TH-cam so everybody can learn the moves. Keep it up!
The shape of the card is very beautiful.

I had already learned this but I loved the addition of the flourish
What!? Did you look up my search history from yesterday? I was exactly looking for this particular fan an flourish. Stop watching me. Thanks for the tutorial and perfect timing.
We are watching you.
And we know what you did.
Put that down.
You guys just made my day. Alright, I'll put it down and continue practicing the flourish now.
The way everyone says it’s veryyyy simple and I’m here struggling for the 2nd day in a row
are you using the right type of cards?
because it is more difficult with plastic cards, at-least for me, as of now I use NOC originals
I m doing with Uno cards xD
That closing is so cool. Thanks!
Thank you for a very detailed explanation! I couldn't understand it from other tutorials, but with you help my first flourish ever is starting to work!
chris I have been a long time fan but I never knew that you had a second channel
Thank you for the tutorial chris. It helped me a lot.
Another great tutorial. Thank you!
Chris please can you make tutorial for the pinky count..
I was looking at so many other videos but when I saw this one I instantly got it
Chris are you going to release different colours of the knights?
Once I go into making the fan I only end up getting like the top 4 cards to come out and then the rest are still together any help?
“That’s how Italians do fans”
I just burst out laughing
Works great with your killer bees v2 , love the cards love the fan and love Chris Ramsay
Thank you so much you really taught me how to do the one-handed fan and open and close it you are the best
It's always fun to learn cardistry, no matter how simple it is to add more to our repertoire
Chris please do advanced cardistry tutorials
Chris I can do a better fan try to do the fan right from the corner. I mean put your thumb right at the corner and don't hold the cards so they cover all your fingers. push the packet a bit towards your tips. doing this will give u a 180° plus fan
thank you. this is the best explaination that i've found
Thanks for the AWESOME tutorial, I picked it up almost immediately and are now bugging my family to watch
I wanna learn how to be chris ramsay
First thing: Grow to 6'3", and acquire a Norse-sized beard.
Mind upload a video on it?😂
Practice
I have a problem with this fan, im not sure if its just me or its my cards.
ive been practicing for 3 days, i still cant even get a fan. The front theres too big of a gap. I can't seem to get a even spread, Any tips?
it feels like theres no friction and its too smooth
Try adjusting the pressure with your hands.
When is the hellions available on your website
What are those?
+Ellusionist it's the newest deck that is gonna be released by Daniel Madison
Sad fam the problem is your not a hellions
do you have to do the challenges for the Hellions
You guys make this stuff look so easy! :)
Could you do one for in the hands riffle shuffle? I feel it's pretty simple but I can't seem to get it. the cards always clump when I riffle. :(
Switch the deck so it's facing the other way. New Bikes, for example, weave better face up than face down.
First fan I learned from How to do street magic I am pretty sure! Too cool
does the type of cards have any effect on the fan? cos some decks are naturally more slippery but some maybe have some weird texture which cant fan at all
Correct.
there is only one best card fan tutorial in the world, and thats taught by Brad Christian in inside magic 1
Thank you soo much Chris i looked for a good tutorial but i couldn't find a good one out there. Also can you guys do a brick pass tutorial? :)
Brick Pass is Alex Pandrea's I believe?
So do you need to get permission from him? if you do get permission will you make a tutorial?
Yay something to work on while I'm at the dmv today m!
Don't really need it, but you didn't leave the one handed cut in the description!
I just noticed you and I are using the same music for our intros :)
Just hoping I'm an inspiration to you like you are to me haha
Starting to get better.
Keep at it!
Legends say if you're early enough Chris will reply
Legend was wrong
What the legend doesn't say is that "Chris" is a very common name.
Sound effects included?
What is that intro song dude?
Yo Ellusionist, could you guys teach a 360 fan, if you're allowed to (no idea who created it). Would love to see a quality tutorial on it :D Cheers!!
I think that it is a weird space where the creator dislikes YT channels teaching it. I was scofted in another video for asking the same questiom
Pepijn Schoenmakers its the carnahan by Dan or dave buck, its on their trilogy :)
Another tutorial! Wonderful.
You are a skilled mechanic and an excellent teacher.
This is so much better than any of that other nonsense you have been doing lately.
THANK YOU THIS HELPED A LOT!!!
Hey that was really easy
Or there was something really good in your teaching
Ot it was me😝
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Chris, you was my favourite magician until you said that thing about Italian(I'm Italian)😑
No, I'm joking you're the best magician ever, you're my favourite magician
Hy CHRIS I' m Italian and "How Italians do fans " make me lought so much 😂😂🤣
"That's how italian do things"
I lolled so much, and yes I'm italian xDDDDDD
what is the name of the song???
Flight of the Sugar Plum Fairy dubstep remix
Love these vids!
What playing cards are these?
At this point i'm watching these for ramseys personality.
what if my cards keep getting clumped and stick together...
haha i think you made this trick just so you can be part of the italian meme trend this month xD
There's meme trends now?
Thank you so much
What if just the top card moves?
Change the pressure around. Probably need to use the fingers to spread out more away from the thumb.
@@ellusionist thank you, I appreciated.
Does it really requires a new deck ???🤔🤔
No, but older decks tend to be sticky and not slide as easily.
Okay thanks😃
Is this ur first channel or second
Not sure how to answer that - He used to do our channel for us, while he ran his own channel as well. Then he went full time on his own channel a while back.
young magician from Tanzania iliked it
Can u please do a more advanced tutorial
My cards always clump up help please

@@ellusionist thank you
We can do some cool flourish with one handed fan i learned it from TheRussianGenius
What playing cards are those
Knights deck!
is it "one hand" or "one handed"?
I can never fan cards
Hi chris
You tutorial well.
thats how italians do a fan😂😂😂😂
I have multiple objections
Dude bro,
U didnt mention making a S-type fan out of the two one-handed fans!!!
Lars Sievers There is a tutorial on 360 fan on Ekaterina's channel.
Isn't this also called a 'Smear Fan' or am I wrong? :O
Oh no way if my card never spreads evenly like it always drops on the floor and it nevers open up
Keep practicing!
nice
"That's how Italians do fans"

Did you mention why you dont mention Chris Ramsay?
... Why would he mention himself?

the only cards that only sides for me is the first and the last one
i have the curse of the small hands i cant do the full deck like if you have small hands too
Thx
i was just looking for a tutourial 😂
oh i thought it was a 360 fan
that is way harder to learn.. but looks cool..
@@ArtPomelo very very true
This looks super easy, but the dexterity and finger muscle memory is killing me lol

I don't know what I am doing wrong... it doesn't look like a fan...
I still cant do this trick
i fcked up my pinky LOL
He is crish Ramsey
My whole deck just slide as 1
Might have a deck that is too clumpy, or you may need to adjust the pressure
@@ellusionist thanks :)
Chris Chris Chris Chris

I dont know whats the problem with my fingers
Mary Jane.
