Sometimes good genes is really a big plus on how long you live. My grand father was over weight, he ate top ramen everyday, and he never exercised. But he lived to be 95 years old.
It's not really delicious, there are far better flavours, what it does have is all the things that our nonhuman ancestors living in the wild would have killed for: salt and fat and just calorie density in general. It would have been precious for them so our instincts tell us to eat it but we have access to unlimited amounts now and it kills us.
The most important factor for a long life is how happy you are with life. If you’re stressed most of the time, trying and failing at different types of diets, hating your work, hating your financial situation, etc. chances are, you’re not gonna live or even want to live to 90..
Warren buffet and charlie munger have found their passion work and they dont stress at all just go with the flow and eat good food :P i believe its key to long life ofcourse u should exercise too once a while.

Yeah learning to save as the first step that's hard to do when you take no matter how much money you make you spend it all your life the more you make the more you spend so you have to change that and then try to save everything then the next thing invest it then you have to sit around for 5 years so it's difficult process but once you get used to it it's not so

I related to his meal spending habits. Although I have the tiniest fraction of his wealth, because my assets are mostly in the stock market, I can see my net worth in an instant. Sometimes it increases or decreases by tens of thousands of dollars in a day. When I am up $30K on the day, I am more likely to splurge and spend $12-14 on a meal, when I am down by that much, I eat at home.
I constantly eat fast foods like pizzas and Burgers , sometimes for days at a time, yet I never put on a significant amount of weight, I only gain about a pound or two, but I quickly burn it within a few days, of workout, I also don't seem to have other health issues, I guess having a superfast metabolism and good genetics is a huge advantage and I'm blessed to have both.

It’s about how many calories u consume per day. If u ate less then 2000 calories worth of pizza for the whole day, u wont gain weight
