When I was working near the football stadium, very close from Paris, my colleague who dealt with her personal stuffs during her working day, used to employ an expression that I did not know "intellectual masturbation". She also used to talk to our boss like no one dared to do, even asking him if he were deaf.
They used their own language to communicate. That's why the whole company asked the sales director to go with her in his new location.
