800dpi, 2560x1440, in game mouse options acceleration and sensitivity at 0/lowest option
Using 'Open Mod Manager'.
Also using a great app called 'CrossOver' for the centre reticle (means I can see where i'm aiming before unholster)
Recommend a decent size mouse mat if using 800dpi or below.
Tips: use Aimlab in steam as its free to use and watch youtubers for aiming tips (especially the Ron Rambo guy). Honestly a few hours with Ron and Aimlab pays off for all pc games aiming with m+k.
