I like my mk5 as well. I use spiritus 556 inserts and they work well with pmags. Ditched the harness and backstrap in favor of Lunar concepts HX hybrid harness. Its a game changer! Also added the Wise Men Co 2-slot expander wings which are much cheaper than a Thing 2. I have yet to attach anything to them, but they integrate nicely with the mk5.

Very cool. I have heard good things about lunar concepts. Expander wings are rad, but are they floppy? I will definitely be purchasing the Thing 3. Posted a video about it from shot show!

@@NylonNerd That Thing 3 looks intriguing. The expander wings I have are made of tegris so they wrap around the body but don’t flex in any other direction, which is good. I look forward to your review on the Thing 3!
