Both my parents have the Galaxy A23 4G version, and I've been using them for quite a while now, I honestly wouldn't complain or find a big difference between the two.
This looks like an awesome budget phone. You get quite a bit for $300. A bright, colorful display, big battery, 120 hertz refresh rate, decent charging speeds, a much better processor and an impressive camera. I had the a13 5g, and while it was decent, the camera is ultimately why I couldn’t keep it because it was trash. I think the snapdragon 695 g makes a noticeable difference in photo quality. For the price, you won’t find many better phones with so much value.
Same man I just got my a23 5g. And it is miles ahead of the a13 5g. Games like mlb 9 innings ran terribly and couldn't support games like Genshin impact,or apex. Plus the camera especially the front is wayy better. The phone is general us way smoother as well
honestly that's what I need,i have the a13 and the a32 5g i like them ,but the low resolution is the only thing that bothers sometimes, I'll get that one and I'll stay with it for long time , thanks for the link from Aly express.

It's not like someone can just pull it out with their hands like that. Third of all it doesn't matter how long e sim has been around for, it's still good to give people a choice
This is definitely a phone I want. I was going to get A33 or A53, but sold out in my area. But after doing a bit of research, this phone seems to be good value for money. I’m happy with the A series and I don’t see any need personally to get any phones in the S Series. Naw your good with the 20fe it runs way cooler and your not missing any performance I literally had my mint one since last July updates been great runs all the games perfectly and camera is good
Those who don't like 120hz, perhaps because they want to preserve battery, can use Bixby Routines to keep it on 60. For example I use it when I'm watching TH-cam which, as far as I know, only supports 60 anyway.

The reason that I would not pay £289 for the A23 5G is that I recently bought a higher spec new A53 5G from Amazon on Prime day for £249 and could have bought a new A52 5G for £200 on the previous Prime day. Samsung have large stocks of unsold A series phones which will feature highly in Black Friday sales. The basic problem with the A series is that you can buy Chinese phones with faster processors for the same prices as A series phones. Personally, I will not be buying any more Chinese phones due to a complete lack of security updates.

Got one the first week of the year and it has received 3 updates and after that last update it started getting very HOT while charging. I mean too hot to put on bare skin hot. I thought it was going to do a Note 7 impression. Most of the heat seemed to be around the upper portion of the phone. I did a factory reset and that seemed to drop the temperature a bit but it's still too hot. I have another older Galaxy Lite that never experienced anything like this. Actually none of my phones(LG, HTC, Umidigi, Motorola) has ever had this issue.
@@raspberryella, I use a two piece case made by LeYi. I've used this style of case for years on most of my smartphones without any issues starting with my LG phones.
I think in my opinion the reason why Samsung doesn't include the charger in the box is because some customers unboxed their phones and it's Crack due to the bulky on the storage. It happened to me in Germany

I got my A33 5G this week and it is a great budget phone. Battery life is satisfying and the phone has lots of features that you need, even though it is a budget device more or less. I was thinking about buying A53 or A33 and I decided about A33 cause it has almost the same features and it is way more cheaper than A53... Have a good one with your purchase sir.
@@jomareperocho i got this phone on wednesday and while setting up, it's been quite slow and laggy. it's my first samsung so i'm govong it the benefit of the doubt since i dont know much about this system yet and theres definitely muxh i didn't know, like some stuff need to be updated through the samaung store. but the immediate experience for me was not a seamless, super fast phone, it was a buggy mess 🥲
@@jomareperocho no no, the store i bought it at is one of the main suppliers for phones and electronic stuff so it's definitely a real one, i might genuinely just have gotten a faulty phone (or maybe it truly just still needs a couple updates i dont know about, lol). also, i didn't have iOS! i've only had the iphone5 and then xiaomis and TCLs. i'm not a big apple fan. i got samsung because this phone was in my budget with pretty good specs and being samsung, getting phone covers and protective screens (and fixing it, if it gets any problems) is much easier. with xiaomi and TCL it was always a struggle although xiaomi finally has stores in my country. i kinda wanted to try samsung out bc my last experience with xiaomi and only experience with TCL have not been very good, so i was like, might as well try something new out

the exynos chipset isn't optimized with 3rd party games and apps so it's mostly the same
I bought the A53 but returned it because of the Exynos chipset.
For $299 Xiaomi will offer you incredible value, to the degree that you leave Samsung for GOOD.
