Hi there! I moved from ~40k to ~60k by accumulating energy for 14 days straight. I ended up skipping one of the weekly episodes. I have the target to accumulate at least 1000 energy points every day, and after an episode is finished, it is typically possible to accumulate 2000+ for a few days while the rewards are consumed. I use all those options listed in the guide I published to accumulate energy during those days I am not actively playing an episode. Also, everytime I can, I leverage the daily 40 Boom Guy dynamites to start a new episode without spending any energy (and get all the energy boxes that are available on the beginning of the levels) and to clear up the level I have finished to get more resources and earn more energy. This is my total energy points since Sep 17 ...
