Thanks Bryan! I'm just glad you guys are watching and seem to be getting some value from it. I just created this channel for fun during lockdown and i'm still really enjoying it.
G'day Irv! Working on it but also filming a new boat each week and working full time so it might take me some time to get finished. Summer is definately coming! Feel free to ask me any specific questions if you are thinking about buying now. This boat has excellent choppy water handling, is dry and fun to drive while feeling more substantial and slightly heavier than comparable cutting bow boats.
Appreciate the reply and understand the delay. You sound like a busy guy. I’m looking at a few different boats (Axopar 28 cabin, nimbus t9/c9, albemarle 27 dc, pursuit 295 dc). Plan will be mostly day boating. I like the protection of the Axopar, but sort of small inside- amount of passengers. I guess the Axopar and nimbus are most similar out of my top picks thus far. What are your thoughts between the Axopar 28 cabin vs nimbus t9/c9 in terms of overall/seaworthiness/versatility? Appreciate your time.
Cheers Paul, she’s on the edge for a trailer so in most circumstances for Australia I would say no. However if you have a big rig and ideal set up then power to you. It’s very, very capable offshore so I would just be driving this boat to destinations if that’s what you’re thinking?
Easy… I’d buy both. Saxdor 320GTO - sexy, speed and excitement Nimbus T9X - sensible, practical and fun I could find different activities and ways to have fun on both of these boats. Making an impression and feeling super cool is definitely the Saxdor… taking my nieces out for a family day with my parents is more the Nimbus.
Hi Jonathan, You can find the listing here : www.sportsmarinesyd.com.au/listing/2021-nimbus-tender-9-x-edition/ $336,575.00 Let me know if you have any questions!
Geo-cultural differences. Scandinavians always use bow boarding against rocks and on beaches. Sydney harbour has sharks that bite in water as shallow as knee hight.
Nimbus T9X vs Nimbus T8 ? GO!
Need to wait a few weeks when i've tested the T8. AFter then i'll be able to answer that. I don't judge boats until after i've driven them
Wicked video yet again Dan! Cannot wait for the walkthrough
Couldn’t have done it without an awesome camera man!!
Great review
Great Reviews Dan!! This channel deserves the Subs :) Keep it up.

Dan would you buy this or the Saxdor 320 GTO ???
Easy… I’d buy both.

What’s the cost of the boat? cant find it on the website…..
I think it’s about $330k AUD but best to contact Sports Marine if you are in Australia as I’m not 100% up to speed on pricing
Hi Jonathan,
You can find the listing here : www.sportsmarinesyd.com.au/listing/2021-nimbus-tender-9-x-edition/
$336,575.00
Let me know if you have any questions!
Is it possible to drop a seakeeper into one of these?
I think it would be easier on the T11 because of the storage aft. Could struggle for space on a T9…

Most of the sharks have moved into Real Estate so it's safer on the beaches these days

Me too! 👍… thanks for watching
Cover for the sink flipping aft is a poor design. Wouldn't it make sense for it to fip up?!?
I think it would hit the seats if it flipped up so by flipping back they make the best use of space available
