I’ve tested and perfected this authentic recipe that’s beloved by all who’ve tried it. This recipe includes Instant Pot and stovetop instructions!

ingredients
Ghee 1/4 cup
Onion 2 medium size (chopped)
Ginger JULIENNE 1 inch piece
Ginger Garlic (crushed) 2 TBS
Green chilies 4-5
Tomatoes 2
Red chilies (powder) 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
White lentil gram 2 cups (500 gms)
1-2 tbsp cilantro leaves, finally chopped
1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp hot spices
