We remained engaged, and since he was older he waited for me to graduate. We were completely broke college grads and he gave his last to buy me an engagement ring. Although we learned and grew together I was clueless to relationships but understood my value and was an extremely driven biomedical science major destined to graduate without getting sidetracked. I never felt pressured, or no Jedi mind tricks, because I think he knew I would have kept walking. So, he was patient. I thought this was the norm. And even in marriage with having surgeries or when I was ill and even giving birth to our 2 children he still waited. The right one will wait. Tony is absolutely 100% right and on point with this.
