Hi Mac, I saw your vlog now and the interesting part here was in secret lagoon you bumped a lot of people I mean its so traffic bdw😅 Can't imagine then when its low tide. Because last month I've been there glad less tourists and its high tide plus wavy water so we need to swim carefully going inside and that was so funny haha because you gonna hit by rock if you are not careful enough going inside😅. That's a lot of tourists then.😅. Anyway glad you enjoyed your trip and your brother.

Many Americans here in US greet someone casually "How are you?" This is usually a form of greetings rather than an actual enquiry about your wellbeing and generally dont wait for an answer as they continue walking past someone. Greet Filipinos "Kumusta ka Kuya or Ate" kind of sounds odd. We don't practice that. Better yet if you say it in English; how are you?, Hi there? How is it going?, what's up? Whats going on, etc. Filipinos understand English. Even 'salamat' we say 'thank you'. So instead of Kumusta ka? Just say "Ayos ba kuya/Ate?"

I’ve been there last January and our queue in secret Lagoon is longer than yours, more than an hour of waiting. Totally not worth it going inside. And in the Big Lagoon, there was not enough available Kayak, we had to queue and wait for an hour as well. So if you can rent clear Kayak, from the office itself then it is better as you don’t need to wait for the queue. The islands are beautiful though

It was a good thing your brother only suffered a slight skin tear, which honestly, was no big deal, especially to the locals. But the incident happened for a reason. As always it’s a bit pricey than Bora but if you book like atleast 10 mos to 1 year ahead of time you can get promo rates from Cebu Pac and Air Asia. 😂

We’ve been to Palawan and had an island hoping, one of them was the secret lagoon way back 2014 and not so much tourists during that time, we were probably not even 30, and now it really build up and became more popular…a paradise that I will never forget❤

57:46 There’s no king coconuts in the Phil. You only see it in Sri Lanka, India and Indonesia. Not sure if they bring coconuts from the main island to sell. This island itself have lots of coconut trees. 🌴 Unless if the seller live there, they can just climb it.
