- This is our last video in our Florida Panhandle series, and we’re spending it at the popular St. Andrews State Park. This park and campground has been highly recommended, and we can see why! We grab an amazing camping spot right along the water's edge and take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Located just three miles east of downtown Panama City Beach, St. Andrews has some of the most beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and dolphins are known to frequent the area year-round. While paddle boarding, we had our own up-close experience with some playful dolphins - so magical! This is another one we'll never forget. Thanks for watching and enjoy the episode!

Strange to see TH-camrs visit a place you have been to every summer for most of your life. I quickly realized how blessed I am.
You definitely live in a beautiful part of Florida! We love our Central Florida area but it's always nice to see more of what makes Florida such an amazing place. The panhandle up there has some of the most amazingly colorful water. Wow! Thanks so much for watching! 😊
Nice campsite! Panama City is a very popular destination. I haven’t been there in a while. I believe the Panhandle beaches are even better than the peninsula beaches.
Seriously! We couldn't believe it was right on the water like that and would definitely go back again. A lot of people had been telling us we needed to see the panhandle of Florida and we couldn't agree more! The water and sand it gorgeous and we had no idea we'd see so much wildlife. The "kiddie pool" is where i first tried Scuba Diving 25 years ago. Now I'm a Dive Master. I'm in Ohio, but that area will always feel like home. Love your videos. ❤
Wow! We had no idea people scuba dive in that little area but it makes a lot of sense! Clear water and somewhat shallow to learn all the basics. Thanks so much for sharing! We have our scuba certifications but need a refresher for sure. We mostly just went in the freshwater springs but I bet the ocean would be nice for all the tropical fish and wrecks. 🐠🐬😊

You guys, this is amazing!!! I've always wanted to get up close with dolphins and never have managed to get out on the water when they are near. How fantastic! And how cool that you ran into someone who recognized you. Fun!
It was so crazy to see the dolphins that close up and after we got home, we couldn't believe you could hear their sonic sounds on the video. It's definitely an experience we'll never forget! Panama City is amazing! We booked a condo on the beach by Pier Park for NYE. I think we might visit this park on our trip. Beautiful beach! Can't wait! Thanks for taking us on a tour!

Thank you for making this video. I haven’t been to the panhandle since probably 2018 maybe 17? And I was just thinking to myself that I would like to take a trip over there. So normally I wouldn’t go down as far is panama but now that I saw this, I’ll definitely think I may? I know I would like to go to Miramar Beach and eat at emeralds restaurant. Then just you know go to the Destin pier or the sand dunes beach down there. This would be a nice addition for sure the morning after we did, the other things I mentioned.
That all sounds so nice! Since it was our first time in the Panhandle we were blown away by the water and the sand. So beautiful. We'll have to look into Miramar Beach for when we go back sometime. So glad you enjoyed the video and hope it gave you some inspiration! 😊🌊🌴

Great video! I love St. Andrews! We have camped there twice and have reservations to go back in September. We live in Pensacola so not very far away. You increase your chances of getting camp sites because you have a small camper/van. We have a small 20 ft travel trailer. Swimming with the dolphins was amazing! I’m surprised you didn’t see any deer. The 2 times we camped at St. Andrews deer were everywhere including on the beach!! The only other place I have seen deer on the beach is at Topsail which is another awesome state park in Destin. Recommend you also check out Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Love your peaceful and fun videos!
Fort Pickens is another beautiful campground in Pensacola. It’s a National Park. However, the bath houses could use some updating. They’re not as nice as St. Andrews. It’s part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

First time i moved to Florida and spent time on the beach i saw a dorsal fin sticking out off the water and before i could yell SHARK!! I realised it was a dolphin. Those things are an awesome sight to behold
Oh my goodness! That can be a scary moment while we figure out which one it is! 😅 We LOVE dolphins!! And sharks are so fascinating! 😄

Beautiful site and view! Sailboats still there! Didn’t spend time on the beach but kayak’d Cypress Springs and just watched sunset in Destin at Henderson Beach State Park, beautiful!! Love watching your adventures!
No way! They must have parked those sailboats there permanently then. We've seen where people park them and charge a huge Airbnb fee. Sunsets on the west coast are hard to beat! Thanks so much for the love Robin! 💕
Excellent videos very professional. I wonder how you get the camera up there in front of you like you do. I don't think you're bringing a third person because I never see their tent.
Haha! No we don't have a third person who films everything. That would be nice though! We do a few things to get different views of ourselves like setting the camera up on tripods, have extended selfie sticks and mounts, and for the aerial shots we have a drone that we fly around. It's nice because it probably makes you feel more like you're right there with us on the adventure. Thanks for the comment! 😊

Oh wow! That would not be good! We don't wear much when it comes to jewelry except our wedding rings but we'd definitely not want to lose those. Every time we're underwater and see a barracuda the first thing I think of is am I going to attract one because of my ring? 😆🦈

You are brave to swim by those dolphins. They are dangerous and could pull you under and drown you!😢
😮 What!? We've never heard of something like that happening out in the wild. I do remember what happened at Sea World with the orcas but those are killer whales in captivity. We're not too worried about dolphins. They've actually protected people many times from sharks! 🦈
