None of these guys study defense or listen to Frank Nitty. Frank Nitty dropped a gem during a BIS 1v1 he said when a guy is bigger than him. Let them take 1 power dribble then brace for contact because they only have two more dribbles and make the right defense read.

I ain't even mad dreko lost. When you hoop long enough you run into players who are just equally your match. He hit shots and Dreko didn't. That's one on one basketball. I still feel like he needs to put on just a little bit of muscle and attack the rim more. Other than that Dreko will be back and better than ever 💪🏿🔥
Not a little. He needs to hit th weights AND the track as well. I've been going up to the mountain and up to the trails behind my house these last few weeks, and man I feel so much more energetic and athletic, And more stamina since getting back into distance training again it's really helped me be able to play 3, 4, or even 5 pickup games.
