There wasn't anything like caste system of today there are varnas (categories) which organize society with dharma(duty) kshatriyas are warriors who protect society, brahmins/rishi are intellectuals who stabilize society and evolve theories of life, there are vyaisha who do business then there are shudras who do general work and labor. Anybody can become Brahmin or shudras.
Over the time corrupt Brahmins made caste system rigid still not as rigid and slowly the society formed another group called them untouchables. Very bad, but it is what it is.
And fairly modern day example of almighty king, Chhatrapati shivaji maharaj he was shudra yet he accepted duties of Kshatriyas and protected Hindu society and as Krishna said ones duty is what takes you closer to the god(which is the reason these varnas were mentioned in the scriptures in the first place)
It is a very interesting societal phenomenon, you will not understand this as you are a troll but I said it anyways if someone decides to read in future.

Whatever sadhuguru is explaining on reality of life and truth is all said in vedas - Bagawad gita - vivekananda- ramana Maharishi. It’s just sadhuguru knows English and explains it clearly in plain terms to where everyone all age groups can understand . But the truth he is saying is just said by all sages an gurus in india . Even Buddha . Gods answer and reality is same- rhis is not sadhuguru knowledge - this is divine knowledge that everyone has been saying anyone who has experienced GOd.

Watching his interviews and videos over the pastweek, I would say he is a treasure to humanity. I'm so glad to found him and hear his perspective and words of wisdom to life. Many years ago in Quimper Cathedral, Brittany I walked through the doors and immediately started crying, it did not stop until I ran out of the exit door! Sadhguru, thankyou for putting this into perspective!
I don't mean to be rude but could you find out if Quimper Cathedral is made on a forgotten pagan sites. Because what Sadhguru is talking is actual very different from pray halls ie church or cathedral. Consecration first needs a ideal location that is full of positive energy. Astrology, planetary movements, and other methods were used to locate such a place and then a god or goddess house was created. Not a prayer hall. Like in India most ancient temples temples r to be found on banks of rivers or in mountains and these temple were not used for prayers but for meditation and yogas and Yajna to keep the place enriched with positive energy. These temples r called jyotirlingas, mathas or pithas.
I don't think churches or cathedral or mosque even are constructed in this manner. Consecrated places r points on earth with abundant positive energy. There is a video of sadhguru where he shows how to find such places or things using rudraksha. A 3000 yrs old Shivling found abandoned in Turkey.

Right when you see India religions and you see that there's always some type of gods that have superpowers and makes you wonder
One thing there is for certain is that all beings are not equal. But we talk about equality in everything this messes up the thought processes so yoga 🧘 is first about identifying your aptitude then go through aptitude specific process to attain higher levels for instance you will not easily get disturbed or angry or attached it sound easy but try implementing it so In India there is very much zero comcept of anxiety and depression among people Also Yoga in its true form is not introduced in Indian society because mordern education is the norm but things are changing mass communication is bringing changes through out the world .
All religions have magician... When you say India.. I hope you are not into any religion because there is no religion that you can say is awesome than the other..
Its simple. You won't be able to remember everything if you read things as a paragraph. But you can sing a song or a tell a story without any effort. Now mix some sifi elements to the story...bam! you got an epic that goes down for generations. Make the characters as gods.. now you created a religion. After a few hundred years..we may see religion marvel and DC.
In india religion is not about God, it's all about an individual reaching is highest potential.

Sadhguru's thoughts are the thoughts of a true Hindu or Sanathana Dharma practitioner. The invasion of India by the Mughals and British over 1000 years of colonialism has transformed the religion very much. The basis of Hinduism is to "Love All & Serve All without discrimination" Fortunately the very sectarian Abrahamic religions could not destroy or discard the Hindu religions whilst almost all forms of enlightened religions in other civilizations have been destroyed. especially in the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Though Hindus never mean to harm anyone from any other religion it is most misunderstood as worshippers of stones and trees.
Sad'guru' doesn't have a clue about sanatana dharma, he's a shrewd materialist, that's all.

His statements was about why you do not need external chemicals to be happy or ecstatic. The implications you conceived based on Sadhguru's statements are your direct statement Joseph Shiller. Sadhguru's approach is never about coercing anybody to stop doing their thing with whatever substance they have become identified with but he will surely bring insight that will reveal the oblivious line between sanity and insanity. 👍😁

Everyone is identified with Sadhguru’s race and culture. This is the only reason he hasn’t been embraced fully by my country, the USA. They don’t realize it but logically the people I introduce to him can’t get past any of the processes or chanting because they’re too locked up in their intellect. I don’t blame them because this was my conditioning for a long time - but somehow I never got identified with it because my family wasn’t religious. So I didn’t feel like I was committing a sin against Jesus for chanting an Indian mantra. But anyway, Indian or not, if we do not come to know what Sadhguru is experientially, we have missed probably the biggest opportunity our soul will have in this life
I come from two India's, from one people like Sadguru goes outside and make India proud and second one is Veer who goes outside and let motherland down outside. And Sadguru is the real representative of India.

I used to think why I didn't born before a century when there was Swami Vivekananda but feeling bit good we have sadguru....... but don't forget we are forgetting religion and spirituality that's reason why some people making us fool....they just taking advantage of our lack of knowledge beware from fake Sadhu like aasaram , Ram Rahim satya sai etc.....but believe also we have many more original sadhu.......
