I mixed the sound for all of these videos from the Newcastle concert while working at the ABC in 1994. John came in and did one guitar overdub and one line of vocal overdub. It wasn’t an ABC production but made for Sony/BMG 12” video disc with a karaoke version, which I also mixed, on the B side of the disc.
I used to listen to this song, endlessly, when I was a teenager and suffering from depression. I did not know at the time what depression was, but if I had not found this song I would not be here now. today.
