If anyone has success stories for anterior pelvic tilt, please share them! Every APT fix video ever always talks about the cause, contributions, and solutions - we don't see anyone presenting proof and outcomes, even in comments, like a client or self before/after! Please share, everyone, so we can stop asking, searching for APT fix videos and finally trust in solutions! (I am not challenging the video content, just want to encourage tying loose ends)
Over the last 5 years, I've tried everything I found on the internet, including PRI, visited multiple phisio therapists, chiro practors, breathing specialist. Nothing helped me to reduce the ATP. In fact, I think it's gotten worse. There were however short moments when I would be able to reach the neutral state but they would not last. I have an intuition it was somehow connected with my mental state.
I just did the for the first time today. I’ll update on how it works for me. I am the more rare internal. I have had lower back issues my entire life. I am especially sore lower mid back, earlier this year had major issues with my sciatic nerve going into my left leg.
Thanks for the video. I tried to do the first exercise, with feet against the wall with a block underneath the heels. When I press on it to lift the tailbone off the floor while keeping the lower back flat as explained in the video, I am not able to do that. With my tailbone, my lower back also comes off the floor. How do I solve that problem? Thanks!
Damn dude this actually helped out alot today but the sad fact of the matter is that sitting down really aggravates the same hip/back pain that this exercise helps and i have to sit down all day when im working . Should i get a standing desk?
Wont it just return ,as you need to deal with what caused it in the first place? Ie the entire anatomical chain related to it? Also, is the treatment always symmetrical ?
Pain is an experience, snowflake, not an indication that something is wrong. These guys are about 30 yrs behind the science. Your comment is an unfortunate example of just how far behind people are with how pain actually works versus the made up narratives they so proudly carry around.
Anyone wanna tell me where in the world this guy is based ? I need to visit him if I’m ever in his area. He does so many videos that I can relate to but I feel like I need all of them and just want a proper analysis in person from a pro. I’m currently living in Guadalajara Mexico so if anyone knows anyone similar to this guy here then please let me know !!!!!
Exhale forcefully via your mouth - you will feel a contraction in your 'transverse abdominis' - PRI breathing is meant to be done slowly and relaxed though.

Interesting that you have that intuition! Have you tried exploring that? That would be similar to somatic work right?
Check if you have a lateral pelvic tilt as well
I fixed mine using the 90/90 companied with strength exercises for the glutens and lower abs.
@@undefeat2000than you didn’t pay attention to PRI. If you know what is PRI about, you will get your answers.

Good luck! i'll look forward to the updates
I found recent episodes has been very specific in targeting some of the posture issues im facing currently :D
There is no such thing as posture issues and that's old and outdated science that still gets too much airplay from intellectually lazy practitoners.
Please do in depth on swayback I know you have a video but anything additional helps
Wearing my moms bra really helped with the last exercise

May i have APT with swayback posture or iam misdiagnosed my self
Do.flat feet affect this?
same question. My right foot is flat and it’s caused pelvic to tilt
Yes, its the main problem, posture starts from the feet
@@var309 - no it's not *causing* as your biology is FARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR too complex for such a dumbed down reason.
@@Spravedliviy - wrong, another wrong comment that demonstrates how marketing material and bad science sells better than science literacy.

I still don't understand how my abs are involved in exhaling.

Or just squeeze your glutes
