I had my left hip replaced a couple years ago and my left glute I've never been able to get it to get strong again. I'm really hoping that this program will help me. I did just try it and for the first time in a really long time I felt the inside of my left glute and my left toe connecting when I was doing the lean forward with the kettle ball lunges afterwards. so thank you so much. I'm going to continue to do these and see how it goes. I'll let you know. When they replaced my left hip they cleaned the receiving surface as well as putting the new titanium ball in. There was a complete dislocation of the fascia snd nerve damage. They never tell you this. You lose all mind muscle connection in the entire joint! I really hope this helps me fill the gaps in connection

I did exercise No.1 and could feel my left glute for the first time in months. Thanks a lot! Also, I was able to quickly find out what my problem was because of the cause-determination exercises in the beginning of the video. Great Job!

Same! It was the first time I got that side of my glute sore as well. I genuinely was able to get activation and I feel like I finally have an idea of what work I can do to solve my problem

Excelent video! I've been fighting knee and hip pain for few years now and this could be the missing link.

Omg finally!!! Exactly my issue that no one could figure out ❤❤❤ I also have my knee rotation outward when I walk or lay down, in addition to lower/weaker glute on that same side (left). It affects my foot a lot and I get pain in my foot.

you should be careful analyzing yourself over youtube and especially on a youtube channel such as this where the owner is NOT a doctor. you probably have much less issues than you want to believe even if you suffer from pains.

Just did the exercises for Cause 1, and I find it really helped my posterior chain. So, I jumped onto an manual incline treadmill and that seemed to double the effect. 👍

Thank you for this video. How long will it take to correct so we can begin exercises to even out the glutes?

You should see instant results with activation and these should help build muscle and even them out over time!

It probably varies from many reasons. I had gluteal amnesia that took a year and a half to mend well. I am not going to say fully because I am not sure. I mean 18 months of training to both activate the glutes in every activity and build the endurance for 90 minutes of cycling. At less than race pace.

@@condor1956 stop being such a cheap charlie and hire a professional. i dont know how the hell thought that PRI is a DYI. its rocket science to unwind all the layers of compensastions. and amazingly must be done in a exact order or will not work. ie get out of extension. open up left side. turn on right side. and thats just the hip.

7:51 I have wide hips, so in this position my lower (left) knee is weirdly hovering in mid air and unbalancing me. Woukd it work to put a block or rolled towel under the knee?

Would this issue cause one side to be weeker then the other side? I am struggling with this weekness when doing bridges. The right side is always weeker then the left side.
