After playing this game for a bit, I must admit, that you have made yourself a big advantage by turning starting ships off. That cancels AI cheat with steel beams for island settling until they get their first ships. Otherwise they would have outrun you with island advantage. Hardest start is no island and starting ship on. Then AI takes other islands insane fast, before you even manage to get to second tier workforce. But anyway, really amazing planning and organizing skills you have. I am so impressed.

Man that tiny main island gave me legit anxiety when it was first revealed. I am usually only playing on easier settings where I have at least a lot of building space available. This looks incredibly hard. I am very excited and I wish you good luck sir o7

You can have every production boosted to 50% until you unlock the police station. When the police is unlocked, that's when riots can start happening (and will if you leave it on 50% boosted upon unlocking)
Good idea to enter the 100K subs club while having active anno series - it suits this channel :) I understand you dont care, but in the past I suggested very fun (I think) scenario. It would be a pirate scenario and your goal would be with other pirates to conquer the sea and later the land (of course by you because AI pirates dont care about other islands).
I own this game but just too complicated for my tastes. Anno 1404 was simple enough for me lol. It is fun to watch an expert play it though. Crazy how you know exactly where you want your production and how many workers and building go together.
I just discovered you channel. I liked 1800, but never really got that far into it. Do you have any videos that go into more detail about the strategies you use here, like the city block layout or the purpose of the 3-tile-wide main road?
