    Johnnie Jackson has the biggest trapezius muscle in the history of bodybuilding. Salute to his dedication , gives me intense motivation to watch him training.

      It’s a variation between preacher and spider curl. It is done to do heavy weights. Makes biceps stronger. And it’s never good to stretch fully with very heavy weights. It might tear the muscle. By the visuals it looked like it was very much on biceps. And apart from that forms are no more very strict after a very long period of bodybuilding. The mind knows where to place the load on.

    To all the people talking forms, yes good forms are very healthy and safe. But at some point in bodybuilding your mind knows all your muscles and you can pretty much put the load on any part you want. It’s lots of practice, reputations and mmc. Thanks and regards.

    Wow thats my mentality on training. Everything you said is how i train. Thats why i came out with my shirt brand called MAD LIFTS. Cause you have to get mad to get a hardcore workout.The way you train, thats how i train, but with full range of motion

      Cause they feel like its better to churn out the rest of the reps even if you compromise form, than to lower the weight or stop the reps.

    no form needed with enough drugs and his pain from doing biceps probably has something with throwing around the weight like that. Please do not lift like him.

    Johnnie O Jackson with that idiotic form. Hardcore training doesn't mean bad form. Dorian Yates for example had good form but pushed each set beyond failure.
