Looks balanced and rich in flavour. I would like a little Demerara syrup in there! But I am going to try the cinnamon syrup! Very fall-like! I love drinks created by Joaquin Simo!
Hey Christine!! I hear ya. I just really wanted the cinnamon flavor to shine through buts is a great cocktail either way!! Death & Co never lets me down. So reliable!!
This looks delicious! The other night I made a Nevada cocktail/daiquiri. Which uses grapefruit instead of pineapple, but other ingredients are same as Autumn daiquiri that you made.
@@CoachVinoLLC I liked it a lot. This is my Hemingway Daiquiri version, either with simple syrup or cinnamon syrup. I think bitters add the right edge to grapefruit taste. Play with percentages to your liking, I like to add more grapefruit juice vs other ingredients.
Hi Vino! The color of this cocktail looks like autumn! I use those pineapple juice cans too 😄 This cocktail sounds cozy and delicious! Where did you get the cinnamon syrup? I didnt know this even existed.
Hey Kate! I’m not ashamed of my love for canned pineapple juice. 😅 The cinnamon syrup is homemade. SUPER easy. Bring 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and 3 cinnamon sticks to a boil. Simmer for couple mins. Steep for about 2-3 hrs. Bottle!
Do you have a favorite fall rum cocktail? 🍂
So far, the Apple cinnamon whiskey sour......
@@TheSpiritoftheCocktail agreed! I super proud of that one!
Looks great! Love that pineapple foam you got on there!

Funny, I was gonna make that Nevada daiquiri a while back for the show but it got edged out. What did you think of it?

That looks delicous man. Going to make this tonight for sure, thoughts on doubling down on the spice and grating fresh nutmeg on top?
Thanks pal. I say go for it. I strongly advocate people making cocktails they way they like. It’s your glass! 😉
