Three day BIRDING trip to EXTREMADURA, SPAIN

In April 2019 I spent three days birding and photographing birds in Extremadura. I stayed at the Casa Rural el Recuerdo which is a place I would highly recommend if you are planning a visit to this region.

Bringing back happy memories of time spent in this area. Had a little village house in Orellana la Sierra, and a couple of times bumped into Martin from El Recuerdo on our birding trips. Sold the house last year, and back in U.K., but miss all those special birds from that region.

Hopefully. I broke my leg at the beginning of the year in a serious accident and have been recovering since. Now up and about, but still locked down due to COVID.
