    Gosh, I have twisted that same ankle three times already! First time was 10 years ago and I didn’t rehab properly, now I see the consequences. Now when I’m working out, I feel a slight difference between each calf

      Ahh sorry to hear, yes so many people including myself have had jumeroutd ankle sprains as a kid and teen without proper rehab and then causing long lasting musculoskeletal imbalance and pain!
      Find a whole body vibe plate and start the proper rehab! Also check out the foot exercises on the channel and get to it!

    Scraping a swelled up ankle will make it worse I promise from experience. Swelling is a defensive and protective mechanism, if you want faster results, try working away from the swell site, example, TOP of the tibialis anterior, peroneus, or even glutes to bring blood circulation to the ankle and reduce the swelling. You could do ankle joint mobilisation as well to increase mobility.

    I sprained my ankle a couple times. It sucks. It hurts at first then it doesn’t hurt a lot when I move a bit.

    I had a high ankle sprain at the start of the year and I still feel tenderness in my ankle every now and then, is it too late to try those foot stretches?

    I was sitting in the toilet for too long causing my bottom leg to go numb,I stranded up and tried to walk on it and caused my foot to twist,from their I get those tingling sensation on my foot when I cross them.Amyone else

      Ahh man. Get off the toilet quicker. And stretch your body to decompress your nerves and eliminate the irritation in your system. Don't let it get worse

    My ankle sprain was 3 months ago in my last football game,I’m able to walk and run now i but I still feel pain any tips on how to rehab it back to normal?
